I probably feel it when i eat something spicy and don’t drink water after that and just go to sleep without walk. Then at midnight, I drink water about 1-2 glass and sit for 10-15 mins and then i feel better.

My dad's endoscopy report says that he has hiatal hernia and antral gastritis but our doc said not to worry about it and take pantoprazole coz its not anything serious. I have the same symptoms that started a few months back, i used to have a lot of junk and have terrible sleep schedule, so around a month & a half back i started getting throat pain, sour taste in mouth and burning sensation ( constant) on the left side below the breast bone, the problem comes that when i eat i feel like i have to take a deep sigh to catch my breath and it becomes such a pain to even eat something. I have been diagnosed with gerd and i am making life style changes now but i am scared to eat as i feel i wont be able to breathe i also have constipation sometimes and the feeling that i ll throw up which doesnt happen. No buddy. Thats a complete lifestyle change process now. Some doc said if you totally follow the precautions then it ll go in a couple of years. If you are below age 50. What are the precautions? No smoking. Boiled food. Walk after every meal. No tea,/ soft drinks/ alcohol. And if you follow these steps for a year or two then you ll get fine.

@@potofgoldinthesky678 buddy it happened to me this year almost at the start of it. Cant eat, cant sleep and when i sleep it was the feeling like i am half dead(no comfort sleep). So what did i do? Started taking precautions. Medicine before meal for a month. I quit medicine after a month. I ate boiled rice for 2 months. Two meals a day, boiled rice first time,second time bar b q. Then i started taking hot water with garlic 4 5 times a day. No tea. So garlic water is tea alternate. Milk was doing bad things to my stomach so i completely quit it. It is like a whole chapter. You have to make a diary and then You have to eat something and see if it is effecting your stomach or not. If not then ok if yes then leave it. Walk is necessary after meal until you burp(digested) And after 7 8 months i have realised that this acid reflux is a part of me now. I get used to the pain of it, I eat everything now and i knew it will hit me that much and for that much time😈😈 Lol baki its not a deadly stuff, dont over thing. Just take it normal. You will be fine.

This is definitely acid reflux disorder. I will stop eating cheses and spicy 🌶 food and coffee ☕️ and fryed food. Hot water in am and going to start working out on abbs.

My dad's endoscopy report says that he has hiatal hernia and antral gastritis but our doc said not to worry about it and take pantoprazole coz its not anything serious. After gargling salt warm water i feel relax and better in throat but I can't do daily gargling as its also having side effects.

Consulted many doctor, gone through many diagnosis, but didn't get relief from acid secretion 😔😔😔
I have the same symptoms that started a few months back, i used to have a lot of junk and have terrible sleep schedule, so around a month & a half back i started getting throat pain, sour taste in mouth and burning sensation ( constant) on the left side below the breast bone, the problem comes that when i eat i feel like i have to take a deep sigh to catch my breath and it becomes such a pain to even eat something. I have been diagnosed with gerd and i am making life style changes now but i am scared to eat as i feel i wont be able to breathe i also have constipation sometimes and the feeling that i ll throw up which doesnt happen. Has anyone else experienced this ? Is there a cure for it ? Currently i am modifying diet and exercising as i am overweight but i havent taken any medication as yet, i also suffer from anxiety since the last 5 years for which i take 1 tablet of clonazapam 0.5 mg once a day. Anyone had similar problem, this gets worse for me at night :( any help would be appreciated !!
No buddy. Thats a complete lifestyle change process now. Some doc said if you totally follow the precautions then it ll go in a couple of years. If you are below age 50.
What are the precautions?
No smoking.
Boiled food.
Walk after every meal.
No tea,/ soft drinks/ alcohol.
And if you follow these steps for a year or two then you ll get fine.

@@potofgoldinthesky678 buddy it happened to me this year almost at the start of it. Cant eat, cant sleep and when i sleep it was the feeling like i am half dead(no comfort sleep).
So what did i do?
Started taking precautions.
Medicine before meal for a month. I quit medicine after a month.
I ate boiled rice for 2 months. Two meals a day, boiled rice first time,second time bar b q.
Then i started taking hot water with garlic 4 5 times a day. No tea. So garlic water is tea alternate.
Milk was doing bad things to my stomach so i completely quit it.
It is like a whole chapter. You have to make a diary and then You have to eat something and see if it is effecting your stomach or not. If not then ok if yes then leave it.
Walk is necessary after meal until you burp(digested)

@@hamzaazam5981 so I just drank apple cider vinegar in water 1 tsp about 1/2 a lemon and a pinch of cinnamon and drank about 2 cups of this. And already I can breath. This is definitely acid reflux disorder. I will stop eating cheses and spicy 🌶 food and coffee ☕️ and fryed food. Hot water in am and going to start working out on abbs.
