Hi Dr most of the information is correct however I would tell my experience we can not take normal food for four weeks after this surgery. Only liquid and juices can be swallowed for four weeks following the surgery. Also it affected my singing ability as air retention capacity of my stomach is reduced which is my personal experience. Good part is that it worked and stopped my acid reflex issues.Alhumdullillah it's been ten years when I had laproscopic large hiatus hernia surgery and it didn't repeated so far...
