1997 Chevy C1500 Trans replacement Made with Clipchamp

Well 1997 C1500 with Bad Trans leak at the pump. Pulling out the old trans and finding out what happened. Going to pick up a used one and reinstalling. Test drive after install and finding out that the Tack and Speedo are not working so that is making it a no shift problem. Found the problem in the ignition switch. No power from the switch to the fuse block on the side of the dash. Location is #20 a 10 amp fuse. So made a jumper to the out side lead and a switched power. Tack is working and shift location is working and test drive. Trans is shifting as it should. Job done.
