If customers complain about a driver’s performance, a fleet manager is able to quickly pull up HD footage to clarify what the issue was, or more importantly, was not.
Having these recordings helps keep driver’s licenses in good status, as was the case with Greg when he changed lanes and got into a minor accident with another vehicle.
