- The Worker Hurricane has been out for some time now and I still have not done anything with it. But I've seen other fantastic mods and I wanted to share some initial impressions before this one gets some upgrades!

I recorded this over a month ago and since I have yet to do anything with it, I figured I'd at least get some of my thoughts out there. I have this other Worker blaster that I really want to talk about next...

Everybody pretty much either acknowledges or has forgotten the Hurricane at this point, but I really like mine. Of course, the performance with just standard AA's is pretty lacking, but I typically run Coolook LiFePo4 batteries from OoD and it works so much better that way.
1:54 the very first thing I did to my hurricane is sand that corner down. Just 2 minutes with some sandpaper and it was a lot better.
5:38 The correct term is "Rotary Magazine" But at this point.... that argument is so dull.
6:13 AND HEATSHRINK!!! Without heatshrink on a lipo build is quite dangerous.
I'll likely rewire the entire thing hence why I had not done it yet (with heatshrink of course). Good suggestion on that corner forsure.

There is also a 3D printed part that opens up the back and lets you load any of the barrels at any time, as well as ammo counter stickers.

That was good man. You are appearing to come off like you actually paid for it so this is seems like the most honest I have heard someone make a video on it. Im in the middle to bottom on this. I don't even mind having to buy a tiny lipo and rewire the xt60 connector to it that's fine and kind of easy. I get it beret from your channel that may be a pain in the ass for you but that clip and scavenging. Doesn't matter how many 6 round blocks that hold darts you have, doesn't matter if you have a dual cage that hits 200fps if you don't get to have fun with it when you run out of ammo and have to pick ammo up off the ground you get tagged and I get it you could style your play around trying to prevent having to scavenge but even then you still are going to reload those blocks with that stupid turn thing it's just not practical for run and gun which is what Nerf is mostly unless you huge but anyway I know people have modded it and say it's great but all the videos of those 200fps mods did not pay anything for any of the motors or cages or flywheels or tiny lipo. Anyone who has the know how knows the costs and what it takes to put into this. It's very easy but very expensive. It's well over 100 bucks to mod this thing and that clip it sucks, the upside down mag adapter looks terrible and is jank as hell and the biggest mag you can use is a ten rounder before it's flopping around. I bet you the RUclipsrs that made this high fps and that's it and got all the shit to do it for free and we're saying how great it is and everyone should run out and buy all the stuff , getting paid to do so, if they were paying for their stuff like the rest of us who don't have a bunch of extra income would not recommend it or say how everyone needs one. It's not great not even if you mod the hell out of it. And yo can't just buy the blaster and play with it unlessx you got some imr's and I got rid of mine when I went to lipo sits misleading to say this is $24it is but it is not. That battery is probably$15 the xt60 is cheap but you gotta have solder equipment and skills to solder and then it's $50 to get it home. Lame so lame this should and probably go away fast

Regular AA's put out about 1.5v. i recommend getting the rechargeable 3.5v Lipo batteries from Out of Darts they're affordable and make the Hurricane surprisingly powerful. Using regular AA's is just not it
You can duel someone with this, granted they also use a Hurricane or a Nitro Flashfury
I think a Nitro Flashfury duel would be the best duel!
The blaster will perform better after mods.
It is an ugly weak blaster out of the box, but it is a platform designed for mods, so with the right mods this is definitely one of my favorite blasters

Hurricane sounds cool but it sucks 😞
It's good but you have to put a lipo in it. Replacement wheels will also help. Replacement cages also help. A barrel for accuracy also is good.

stock... it's not great, but It's fairly easy to get 30-35m/s out of it just with the replacement wheels and a 2s lipo.
It can be modded (like all nerf blasters) to be incredibly good. It is a fantastic pistol
