    I was in Dallas and Brind’Amour was still playing for Philly. I watched him stay on the ice after practice and work on his backhand. . A coach would fire the puck from behind the net and rim it around the boards. Brind’Amour kept working on getting his backhand right and firing the puck to the net. He’d talk to the coach and go back at. Relentless. Impressive dedication.

      A Husky Bear yea because he was doing so great for them until he got traded right? They got Berglund and Sobotka, then they grabbed Connor Sheary and Matt Hunwick to go with human highlight reel Casey Mittelstadt. Sam Reinhart picked it up in the last half last year so it's possible he has a nice rebound season. I'm not saying they are going to make the playoffs yet but you're an absolute dope if you think the future isn't bright for them

  • @Machtyn

    I like the clip at the end. And it just dovetails on what the other guy says: Put in the hard work. If you don't get drafted, if you've got the passion, keep working it. It goes with anything a person wants to be successful at.
    Now, granted, there is being realistic. I could never be a professional athlete. No matter how hard I worked at it, I would never be tall enough, strong enough, fast enough to be an athlete of any kind. But I'm still going to have fun playing sports. And I'm going to put in an appropriate amount of effort to have fun and not get hurt doing whatever sport I play.

    How much flex should you get on a wrist shot to know it’s the right flex for your weight and strength?

    • @nickguzi4994
      @nickguzi4994 6 лет назад

      Bryan Harshman flex on a stick should be based on how you feel/how you want to play/what position you play. If you’re a forward you may be looking for more whip on your stick to get a shot off quicker or a shot off quick with power up close. Defense may want a bit stiffer if a stick for longer range shots and clappers. All a matter of preference though usually. You’ll see forwards and d men alike using all sorts of flexes to compensate for their needs.

      Jacob E he wore 9 when he played at BU

    • @brandonnykyforak
      @brandonnykyforak 6 лет назад +8

      Also I believe 9 was taken at the time by Evander Kane

      Fans though. Every one noes him as #15

    • @brennayoung1686
      @brennayoung1686 6 лет назад +3

      He wore number 9 at Boston University and Evander Kane had number 9. Then Evander Kane left the sabers and Jack Eichel wanted number 9 originally so now he got it. That is just my guess.

    • @Jacob_E27
      @Jacob_E27 6 лет назад

      Maybe I can see him doing that he got drafted in 2015 so he might have wanted #9 but Kane had that number then.

      wayne bannister not even semi pro? Cos I don’t wanna play if I’m gonna be really bad, I’ve been playing for a year now and train at home doing stickhandling and going on a treadmill. I really wanna do the sport cos I love it but I don’t see a point if I’m playing rec hockey on the 4th line and getting no ice time

    • @waynebannister5330
      @waynebannister5330 4 года назад

      @@MegaPanzer5 its hard man, some kids play the game since a really young age and have been skill trainning and powerskating for a long time and when they turn 15 are pretty much on another level but you know better than me ..how was you game this past year compared to others..if good then why give up.

    • @MegaPanzer5
      @MegaPanzer5 4 года назад

      wayne bannister I used to play soccer(I’m from Latvia but I’m guessing your from USA?) I wish I played hockey all my life tho cos I’ve had huge progress considering I’ve only played one year, my shots and stickhandling are decent but it’s just my skating and stamina, I’m perfectly fine with playing rec league and stuff like that but I just don’t wanna play the sport if I’m gonna be a 4th liner, this season I was terrible in most games cos I’ve never done something like that in my life, but currently I’m training everyday, watching videos on positioning and watching IIHF games to see how the Pros play, I really wanna get somewhere in hockey and I was searching on the internet and a player started hockey at 16 and made it to the NHL but he probably skated his whole life I’m guessing, either way thanks for talking with me bro
