The Night Fury. The offspring of lightning and death itself. A powerful ally and formidable enemy. Toothless' theme is mostly mysterious in the first movie, and more light-hearted in the sequels. I prefer the mysterious themes from the original movie, myself. Not saying I don't like the sequels, I just liked Toothless when he was wild and untamed; not slobbering and smiling all the time (even though he's cute). Anyway, I made this compilation mostly because I love the theme, and I hope you guys enjoy it as well :D
I wish we could have this kind of talented idle animations and expressions in a simple roleplaying or survival game ;///; Would kill for one tbh :< I know there technically is one but this style is so much more my thing ;///; Would kill for even an adventure game with the dragon species >///
@@Palaeono Iknow the game yer talkin about but sadly Roblox doesnt hit that itch for me in terms of polish ;///; Alot of amazin games in there but their limited by Roblox physics and textures :( Something Unity based or somethin similar is what I hope for :
I really wish they had explored night fury lore further rather than just giving us Grimmel as an explanation. Like, the hype was real when I first watched Riders Of Berk "isle of night" episode and the nightfury dragon eye lense episode in race to edge. Anyone else remember Toothless just being mad at the whispering death and then never doing anything with it? Like it added a lot of depth for him to have another beef with a dragon from his past life. I really hope Nine Realms ties up Thunders character backstory because rn it just looks like they are building hype for something that will not come or be truly flushed out. I hope I'm wrong though and quality picks up in the third season, how ever unlikely that may be lol. Nice job!
Yeah, there's no way Grimmel killed every last Night Fury. It's logically impossible. But that's what they went with, so.......now we can just have fun and make fan stuff :D
That was absolutely amazing i felt very emotional while listening to this, his theme sounds so mysterious yet full of wonder, very much my favorite parts. And that roar at the end?! GOOSEBUMPS! You captured his regal yet menacing nature in his idle animation beautifully T~T
so so cool. I'm a fan of the mystery too, he was kinda goofy in movies two & three (even though they did redeem it a bit by having him be alpha) and I miss the unknown of movie one. "Night fyury!!!" will never forget the chills in theaters the first time!!

We should have gotten backstory of Alvin and stoick friendship backstory like Alvin being on Berk stoick being the son of Chief and Alvin being a solider

The roar at the end of the last song was referencing Toothless roaring at Hiccup!
Freeing the night fury which i think is also known as downed dragon is one of the BEST parts of all the movies
