I think Pogi just enjoys racing- he doesn't seem to mind if it's TdF or a 1.Pro/1.1 he wants to have fun out there and race 😂 he'll even sprint against Politt to 38th place on a stage for fun. Jonas is more measured in both how he races and his 'hunger' to win, they both want to win the tour de france, and will commit to that, but Pogi also wants to beat Politt in the sprint to the line 😂 whereas Jonas I'd imagine is happy to get to the finish line safely on a flat stage and the last thing he wants to do is mess about with sprints. Pogi's said that he gets bored on 'dull' days and seems to enjoy chaotic stages while most GC riders enjoy having a less stressful day- see Giro this year where Pogi had a great time going off the front with a few k to go with Honore and Thomas, Thomas said something like 'Alright son, you’ve had your fun. Let’s just have a nice quiet day tomorrow?' So I think Pogi is hungrier to win in general- but Jonas if anything is more committed to putting 100% of his effort into TdF- Pogi's said he does too many stupid attacks while Jonas manages to race sensibly, fully commited to the one goal (winning tour GC). For all that everyone's talking about how great Pogi is this year the two previous years he's had a constant stream of 'why are you wasting your energy, you should focus more on the overall and not on racing every day' he's not changed, because that's how he races. Pogi would be very bored if he was racing as controlled as Ving does, and Ving would be stressed out if he was trying to race the way Pogi does. Ving is excellent at following a plan, while we know that Pogi can't even follow his own plan 😂(Adam Yates said that after one of his attacks in le tour- it was supposed to be a conservative play it safe stage but Pogi attacked). Pogi is pure racer, he reads the race situation and if he feels like it's a good time to attack he will, he's impulsive so can be tempted into overdoing it, but he's always reading the race situation so he tends to pick the perfect spot to attack and is rarely out of position. Ving is much more strategic, he makes the plan with the team and then follows it, he won't make stupid attacks, but he's also less able to improvise to the race situation on the road. It's what makes them a great duo to watch, they're both brilliant riders but very very different riders and are trying to force the race into the type of race they want. Pogi's compared pro racing to racing with your mates as a kid which probably helps him deal with the enormity of the races he's won, and maybe why he doesn't seem that upset for himself when he doesn't win.
LeMond was far from alone for outing Armstrong for doping, the latter which there's evidence of and Armstrong's belated admission. Where's the evidence of Pogacar doping?
@phillippitts6294 If "they" knew all along, not sure how LeMond outed Armstrong. Regarding Pog, he changed his trainer/coach last year. Guilt by association with his former trainer who many years ago was associated with doping isn't evidence that Pog doped at least in 2024.
Come on Greg.... you want to say that a rider that is FASTER (a lot faster too) than Pantani, Armstrong and others is clean? Really? We know the Armstrong generation was doped with a drug that makes riders at least10-15% (and probably more than that if we knew EVERYTHING they were taking) and now we have a clean rider that made up that 10-15% and went far beyond it. That makes NO sense. I call BS. Not to mention the weight of the riders. It is hardly natural riders can sacrifice muscle and still ride so fast.

He's a quill stem in a land of carbon handlebars !
Greg Lemond loves to talk about sports science but he spouts the same old nonsense about body fat %. There is no way he or the peleton today are at 3-4%. This level is contest ready Mr Olympia bodybuilding which they achieve only by being juiced to the gills, and dieting in misery for 6-12 weeks. They hold this for one night. If you look at the riders they don’t have the same appearance. On the YT doc on Moviestar Marc Soler was at about 15% in the bus shots with no shirt on. Don’t. E confuse carrying virtually no upper body muscle with having 3-4% body fat. They look like a bag of bones and there are some spectacular shots of vascular legs on the internet but this is not the same either. He also bangs on about hematocrit like it’s this massive needle mover. I am a lifetime natural 63 year old with a very low FTP but my natural hematocrit is 50/55%. Checked every 6 months

What a bunch of crap being thrown at the wall.
@ he is better athlete than Lance. My kid at 12 years old is a better runner than Lance at 16. Lance started using growth hormone at 14-16. You want any other details about the shitty athlete Lance Armstrong?? I know his history in detail.
But let me get serious, Lance was a 75kg rider, Tadej is 65kg rider, and has higher VO2 max than Lance.
I know Greg has the knowledge, he’s just so god awful at articulating it! He can’t seem to finish a sentence before moving to the next thought?
My God. Let someone else talk, Greg. Typically insufferable
He is doing best he can. He has ADHD. Sean has always been understanding and patient with Greg. They have been close friends for decades.
Painful from LeMond
lol dude was stroking out the whole time 😂
The guy is away with the fairies 😂
Calls out Froome and now claims it’s possible with the lastest crop 😂😂😂😂 unbelievable
@ the guy is a bit loopy
If you keep pointing at others all the time, it makes people wonder what you’re trying to hide.
Roche is a softy 😂😂😂😂😂
So they accept that these guys beating the EPO dopers is normal
I love Greg's technical analysis but sorry, don't believe Pogacar is racing clean because Lance as much as Greg denigrates him was doped to the gills and Pogacar is blowing away his records. Just don't believe him....or Vingegaard.
Sorry guys, great video but I need to apologise for my wife and friend in the background at the start of the video and that we own the image rights if you want to use them again for any media video 😂
LeMond thinks anybody who could beat him is drugged ? He chose guns over cycling ? He got fat and got... dropped !
He's licking his chops that they find Pog dirty ?
There's no cycling group that takes LeMond seriously? His mission was to bring down Lance Armstrong ! Cause Lance became the new American cycling hero!
Greg went absolutely mad ! When Lance won 3 ! 4, 5, to this day Grag has never gotten over that ! You hear the excuses from him here !
Greg is pre index shifting
He's still trying to find his gear ? He's a quill stem in a land of carbon handlebars !
Greg clueless as always. A hard watch
Maybe it’s you, not him.
@@prestachuck2867it was Greg for sure
@@prestachuck2867The guy can’t help himself, all he talks about is cheating.

He’s as good as his chemist. For those that think he’s clean, I have no words for you.
Come on Greg…! You all cheated !! All pros in all sports do it…! Let’s enjoy for what it is…!!!
Please no more Lemond.
Oh dear, what did Greg’s coke have?
