Basic Porting and Rebuild for this 2.3L Pinto Head

I volunteered to help my buddy with sprucing up the head on his 1978 2.3L Cobra II Mustang.
It had a few issues that we will go over and I see if some basic port work will be worth the effort on this extremely stock engine.
