I just hope the third one develops Becky more instead of what they did here. The villains in the sequel weren’t menacing or even intimidating, they’re just caricatures of what the corporate left thinks of anyone who is remotely conservative. The film plays out as more of a delusional political fantasy. Picture nice well-meaning Christians being attacked by protestors who pass by their house. The protestors worship the devil, they dislike traditional families so much that they want to teach them a lesson,they punch police officers, they talk about smashing the patriarchy, destroying the system of WS, and taking back what’s theirs. Then the Christians take them out one by one by sneaking around the house and setting up little traps. As stupid as that sounds, that’s what happens here and that’s as far as the character development goes. There is so much to work with when it comes to this character and the premise of the first movie. I just wish they’d have thought about something other than themselves and their views while making it.

Sorry but both one and two are not good. All it does is copy Home Alone with just more gore. But its even more unrealistic by having them recruit her in the CIA. Lol so ridiculous. And then they keep the key a secret to the audience so you can have a reason to watch the next movie. I wasted enough time watch the two films. I will be skipping the third one and just fast forward to the reveal of the sad explanation of the key.
