rdls were a bit too far away from her body and when the weight gets heavier can lead to injury. remember the closer the bar is to your body, the more power and the safer you are.
Chauncey, I agree with you 100%, no motivation from that guy whatso ever, and it kills me!! But, real salesmen motivate and inspire others to take action and commit to a solution. Sales are al about energy, and the guy doesn't seem to go the extra mile, so i doubt he can sale. But he seems knowledgeable.
Are you kidding me! That's some of the worst ROM I've seen from a "PT". Get that hip crease below parallel on the squat. My 50 year client can do ass to grass. Work on her mobility! Keep the bar close to the shins on the RDL to not pressure the lower back. Squeeze shoulder blades together for the DB Bench.
dude that deadlift is so wrong how can he engage a client on those exercise with a wrong execution,. esp. to those people that are not exposed on regular exercise
First thing you should do is stretches / Yoga before any workout which helps loosen up and allowed more air flow inside your body. I don't know why this trainer is so ass backwards. Video is fair training could've been better in my opinion..

This is wrong. Not everyone is able to squat below parallel depending on genetic factors like skeleton and muscle origins....

Leg raisers and scissors are a contraindicated exercise for most people. As a p.t. you should provide safer alternatives
