First thing you should do is stretches / Yoga before any workout which helps loosen up and allowed more air flow inside your body. I don't know why this trainer is so ass backwards. Video is fair training could've been better in my opinion..
What a nice lad. Trying to set out the form, routine well. I would simply be asking her where she felt it (with the addition of some weight) so she knows which muscles she should be feeling it in. Also to brace the core on deadlift and rows. Well done young man.

the way he demonstrated the push-up Jack's were ridiculous. his but was almost up in a full downward dog position.
Are you kidding me! That's some of the worst ROM I've seen from a "PT". Get that hip crease below parallel on the squat. My 50 year client can do ass to grass. Work on her mobility! Keep the bar close to the shins on the RDL to not pressure the lower back. Squeeze shoulder blades together for the DB Bench.
Eric Buikema Yea true poor instruction about proper execution that esp. the squat it'll damage the knees.
dude that deadlift is so wrong how can he engage a client on those exercise with a wrong execution,. esp. to those people that are not exposed on regular exercise

I have a personal trainer and he's awesome! He pushes me and motivates me and when I feel like giving up he says "Come on only a few more! You got it, push through it!" It makes all the difference :)
Just so you know over training is bad tomorrow is another day go easy it goes a long way.
