So nice of you ma’am

Helpfull
Very well explained. I can understand what Recruiters thinking when we say negative things about existing company.
Unfortunately when you speak up your mind and tell genuine problems they can still take this negatively.
Many of my friends and colleagues changed job (including me !) due to people problem, money problem or work related problems, but if you speak about this, they start finding flaws in you.
Hi Rajendra- I'm a Lead recruiter and interviewed 1000+ candidates, I can answer your questions.
Unfortunately, you can't speak everything which is genuine or something in your mind, you have to be mindful and same time truthful. You can let the HR or Recruiter know in a different way. for eg., You left due to people's problems, so you can tell them the opportunity in your current role or hierarchical growth is not there or very stagnate instead of saying the manager or work culture is the problem. because it sounds like you are a complain-maker.

What could be answer of y i want to change in only 6 months period, kindly help me oue
Hi @arvindparihar5121
Key things to keep in mind in interview:
1. Be clear with your reason. There should to be only 1 top reason that you should focus in all your answers
2. Ensure to highlights your previous work experience
3. Do explain your career goals & where do you see yourself in this job (for which you are giving interview)
Example:
Expectation Mismatch
The reason for switch is that there is expectation mismatch. I was hired into abc role with xyz responsibilities but after joining I was moved to a completely new team with different responsibilities. Hence to continue building expertise in area where I am interested in I am looking out for change.
Hi, I have a interview question. Which is asked to me " why should I hire you, instead I will hire a candidate who has more experience than you"..?
" having talent why can't you wait or be patience to get growth in your current team"..? Please suggest a good answer for it
Hey Vignesh!
You can always state your skills, the projects that you have done and your certifications to share the benefits of hiring you over any other candidate. This is why upskilling is really important in the contemporary era. The more skills you have, the better are your chances of getting hired! Experience does not necessarily mean skilled. Our freshers are doing a great job in the companies they have been placed too!
Wrong ans any how u don't say bad thought about ur x organization
Next question: do you leave our company if you think you are stagnated in near future? Please answer it
Sure Veda!
We'll make a video on this soon!
You can put this in a way: I don't believe that the company(you are about to join) will not stagnant my growth considering my experience, smart and hard working capabilities.
