Yes it’s possible, just put in the correct Nigerian address. And yes you can pay with some else card, if the person can provide you their card info

Hi Precious, yes, shein delivers to your doorstep and it takes about 2-3 weeks most times I've ordered. Just make sure you put your correct address and postcode(you can google that to confirm)

Hi Simbi, sorry for the late response. You would need to have a valid ID, which can be your NIN, International passport or driver’s license. So your account would be approved if you have any of them.

Hi Terwase, formerly we get charged using bank rates while paying with the naira card. But since we’re paying through a third party, we’ll be charged using the black market rate.

Don’t be discouraged Chioma, honestly it’s annoying and I know how you feel. A verification bug is a serious issue and I’m sure they would resolve the issue quickly.
Actually, it works.
I created mine two days ago. They're currently doing site maintenance and upgrade, so some features are down.
I couldn't add a card or bank after I created mine, but they soon resolved it.
Currently, I can't add cash using card transaction, I can only do bank transfer into my Chipper account

The exchange rate is too outrageous N5000 to $6.56 that means N762/$ not advisable

This chipper this lady is advertising their app they are scammers, they withdrew all the money I deposited in my account,,,when I chat them they keep telling me to add more money in my account. Pls beware of them. They are not real. I lost my 67,000 just like that. Am on the process to delete my account permanently.
