    Same, living overseas miss the same things, but it provides them a place to visit and get a taste of life out of US and most, if not everyone, learn the why many Americans are choosing to live overseas for a better quality of life as you all mentioned (safety, no overdose of politics being crammed down your throat, more peace of mind, etc..)
    Enjoy Panama and New way of living 🎉🎉🎉

    If you're raising your kids in Panama and they're not in a private school it's tantamount to child abuse. Public schools here are rated in the lowest 20% internationally by OECD, just behind Egypt. A high school grad's public education is equivalent to a 7th grade education in OECD countries. Anecdotally ..... I was at a neighbor's house while their daughter was doing her homework at the kitchen table. She had a map of Central America with a list of country names, each in a different color. She was using crayons to color in the map with the color corresponding to the list. She was in the EIGHTH EFFING GRADE! But, they're avery warm and welcoming people, blah, blah, blah

  • @Luz-h9m
    @Luz-h9m 2 месяца назад +4

    I do not recommend anyone move to Panama. It is a very uncomfortable country to live in. You are going to have a house with a million problems (water leaks and gas leaks are very common in Panama). You are going to live without drinking water because the water system in Panama is very primitive and always damaged, the city runs out of water for several days. During the summer you will breathe the toxic smoke from the huge garbage dump in the middle of the city, there is always fire and that is terrible. If you buy an apartment on the beach, you will always live without drinking water and also without electricity. To that we must add the garbage in the streets, the supermarkets with a very limited variety of products.
