one day when i about to go back to my house from ioi city mall, i couldn't find the parking ticket so i go to the help center and she gave me the ticket for free, then i go to the ticket machine then suddenly, it's rm 0. i was so happy. that's how my life went

i face this before.. forgot where i park my car la and forgot who keep the parking ticket... thank god, lately nearly all shopping mall use touch and go liao... so no worry lost ticket ady but have to make sure got money in the touch and go lo.. if not later cannot touch and cannot go lo ... thank god, Penang car park is not as huge as KL carpark or else i really ki siao

I mean.. if it is already so urgent, I would definitely use grab or taking the public transport going home to have the dinner then after the dinner if the mall is still open then continue to find or wait until tomorrow (not sound snobbish but just trying to solve the problem lol). Mine happened before in mid valley, it took half an hour to find my car. Especially since mine is a white myvi which is not that uncommon and small to locate

Yep, I just went there yesterday, now they are fully ticket-less parking. Just pay by scanning the barcode located around the parking space pillers and pay online. Or just use TnG card to scan at the boomgate when exit.
