    Recipes and ingredients:

    1 cup oatmeal.
    Carrot.
    2 apples.
    100 ml water.
    Banana.
    2 eggs.
    50g raisins.
    5g baking powder.
    Bake at 180°C/360°F for 45 minutes.
    Allow to cool completely.

    1 cup oatmeal.
    1/2 cup nuts.
    1 tablespoon sweetener.
    1 tablespoon sesame seeds.
    1 tablespoon sunflower seeds.
    1/4 teaspoon cinnamon.
    1 apple.
    1 banana.
    1/2 cup oatmeal.
    Bake at 180°C/360°F for 30 minutes.

    150 g oat flakes.
    1 apple.
    40 ml water.
    1 egg.
    Oil.
    4 apples.
    50ml water.
    40 g cranberries.
    1 tablespoon honey.
    Bake at 180°C/360°F for 30 minutes.

    220 g oat flakes.
    80g walnuts.
    1-2 apples.
    200g yogurt.
    1 tablespoon baking powder.
    2 eggs.
    1 banana.
    80 g cranberries.
    Vanillin.
    Grease with butter.
    Bake at 180°C/360°F for 40 minutes.

    Meine Tipps: Backpulver immer unter trockene Zutaten mischen, nicht mit Flüssigkeit verrühren, dann wird es wirkungslos. Kitschige Kuchen vermeiden: Eiweiß vorher zu Schnee schlagen (mechanische Lockerung) oder mehr Backpulver verwenden (chemische Lockerung). Auch an süße Rezepte eine Prise Salz, es verbessert den Geschmack und verhindert Heißhunger auf salziges. Wer viele Haferflocken ißt, sollte diese unbedingt über Nacht einweichen, dadurch sinkt der Phytinsäuregehalt, diese kann zu Mineralstoffmangel führen. Eingeweichte Haferflocken kann der Körper leichter verdauen und die wertvollen Inhaltsstoffe besser erschließen.

    Last one too many fruits honey sweetener all sugar and you said 2 ingredients but it's more than that. Tell right ingredients
