This crazy, if the rv park knows that it floods like that in that area, why didn’t they advise ppl to move? I had been hearing about this storm for a week.

Well you know you have to have just a little common sense & move out of the area DAYS BEFORE the storm -- they knew this was coming-- oh yeah & notice how his electric is still plugged in. Boggles the mind.
Maybe they didn't know it would flood. Maybe it's never happened like this before. Always wanting to blame doesn't change anything. Our world is changing and we are still adjusting. All of us.

Anthony I'm so glad that your trailer didn't flood. If this ever happens again move your trailer to higher ground just to be safe. Thats one of the pluses of having a house on wheels. Take care and stay safe. 💕

Good Sunday morning, Anthony. So glad that it did not get in your trailer. That is the result of the 🌀 hurricane Debby . Glad you are okay.
I wouldn't be able to find any humor in this situation. Once the water level raised up to 2 or 3 inches above ground, I would have connected the trailer to the truck and made a run for high ground. A flooded trailer can make for a very bad day.
I know. I freak out behind the weather. If you watch too much Weather Channel, you get paranoid. That's me.

I watched this with Katrina. It was coming and nobody left. Same thing here called for many inches of rain many days prior . I would have hooked and booked. Before it got to this. I hooked and booked in Fla. Sometimes you got to do what best for you and your equipment

My son died at 45 and not once did I blame a god, I just screamed and cried no over and over.He had had an operation and died after going home, it was from a pain pill. My heart was broken but it just is life. That is what I will say. Some good die young some evil people live a long life, it just is. Anthony is a good person and doesn't need people to tell him when to pray. So pray on if it makes you feel happy.
I was scared for you when that high water came close to your electrical. I am glad you are ok. Make sure you wash your wet clothes and shoes very well because that flood water is exteremely dirty and we don't want you to get sick.

Check the insulation under the trailer. It is going to be wet. You don't want it under there it is going to mold and rot your floor from underneath.

*And speaking of "kitchen etiquette", oh boy howdy can I attest to that~ 30 plus years in non profit social work meant I worked plenty of night jobs at restaurants. I can say with great clarity that I absolutely avoid eating at most all of them, no exception to fast food nor fine dining, no way, no how. We enjoy eating at home, cooking as much of our own food as possible, thank you very much. Save a whole lot of money this way as well.
