Yes, it was just a demo. I wanted to show that this app had a traditional desktop video editor like "track/layer" approach, which is absent from all other editors. It'll help make doing complicated cuts much faster and easier on mobile! More features to come, hopefully with the final release and future updates! 😊
Is there a minimum spec of android tablet you recommend ...I see luma fusion recommend you need 3GB ram and android 10 but wondering if there is a minimum processor or GPU required especially if editing 4k

Very "very" useful indeed. And since it's Android, it means much better mouse and keyboard support compared to iOS. LumaFusion works quite well with mouse (even mouse scroll works) and keyboard.
Those are fun gimmicks in my opinion. For me real track based video editing or layer based color grading is more important. You'll not find it in any other mobile video editor. You'll not find the feature you talked about even in desktop video editors like Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, does that mean those professional editors lack basic features? See Lumafusion is much faster for complex video editing (not effects), unlike Kinemaster which is very unintuitive for traditional editing workflow. So my suggestion is to cut/edit your videos in LF and apply "fun effects/texts" in other Mobile editors.
you could easily create a clip with the handwriting effect using another app and then work with the newly created clip inside lumafusion. Very easy problem to solve.

Yes you can. I have exported to 60fps. While importing it gives you options till 240 fps.. which means it should support that while exporting as well. Try it, if 120fps is not supported for you just apply for refund. I am disappointed with LF mainly because on Android it doesn't support HDR color space, it only supports SDR i.e. Rec709. They say it's an Android limitation.
Yes. You can choose aspect ratio when creating the project and then edit with the phone in both landscape and usual portrait orientation. Or use a mouse and keyboard and open LF in DEX mode.

It does support my 8 bit A6100 footage. Are you shooting H265/HEVC? Not sure if that's supported. If your codec is not supported apply for refund. You have 48 hrs time after download and the app is still in BETA not all codecs are supported yet.
iPad is more limited than Android Tablets due to iPadOS restrictions. Better buy a thin and light Asus OLED Vivobook with Ryzen for getting real work done.

But lumafusion doest have basic functionality where you can write (hand writting) on a video using stylus. Even kinemaster has it.
