your comments about worthiness are really interesting, i've been reading a lot about parts therapy and how we have our own inner critics and the smaller versions of ourselves that often say we aren't worthy as a means of protecting us as well, perhaps from future failure, and trying to get all of those pieces of ourselves to work in harmony is really difficult to do! i love this quote that's something like "do your best every day but know your best looks different everyday" ❤ you are so centering and comforting to watch, thank you for always putting things into perspective and reminding me to be grateful!
