2nd Gen 07-13 Tundra Speedometer cluster Tear down

I need to repair the voltmeter in my 2010 Tundra, but before I attempt to do so I bought a used cluster off eBay to disassemble, inspect, experiment with so when I go to repair my own cluster, I know what to do and more importantly what NOT to do.
