I'm a huge fan of Stafford, and was rooting for the Rams last night. Conversely, I've really been unsold on Sam Darnold and expected him to regress at some point. But let's be honest, the difference in the game last night was the Vikings defensive penalties on 3rd down. Yes Stafford was better, but they don't win the game so easily without those huge penalties that kept drives alive. Not to mention the horrifically missed facemask penalty on Darnold at the end.
