    Day 4 ✅
    I really didn't wanna workout today because body was so sore 😢
    but guess who's feeling all that better?
    the stretching in this one got me all the way together!!

    Day 4 done❤ Although I didn't use the weights ,to keep it lighter, as I'm a bit sore from the previous days!

    A winner workout! I’m traveling so I don’t have my ankle weights but I didn’t feel that I worked out less - it’s all about
    being mindful and controlling the movements, which really keep me from injuring myself. This is what I love about these Pilates workouts! Thank you, Jacinta! ❤ Day 4 ✅

    Day 4 ✅ this one was a more gentle class compared to yesterday and Tuesday and I needed it because I was sore haha
