A winner workout! I’m traveling so I don’t have my ankle weights but I didn’t feel that I worked out less - it’s all about being mindful and controlling the movements, which really keep me from injuring myself. This is what I love about these Pilates workouts! Thank you, Jacinta! ❤ Day 4 ✅
