This more arm focused class felt just fabulous! And usually I don't really like all standing workouts, but this one is so well done in terms of its structure, including the warm up and cool down, and the choice of exercises. It's actually one of my favourites so far, I'm impressed! Thank you, Jacinta! ❣

Did the with 2.5kgs and 5 kgs and definitely felt it. Love to see some weights incorporated into the workouts to really et that muscle to tone. Thanks for a great workout.
Thank you! Love workouts with weights, btw my husband and I are doing the high protein meals, delicious recipes and I never go to bed feeling hungry, a lot of diets make me feel that way, but yours is different in a good way ❤
I felt so strong doing the workout, thank you for your hardwork❤ but I wish you didn't include warm up and streches in 30 mins, because we only worked out for 18 mins😢. Thank you again❤
Warm up & cool down stretches essential especially in a cold uk climate ! Great arm & leg workout💪😊🙏 Jacinta this made a pleasant change, wrist friendly👍😊
P.S. By that, I don't mean 'just' Pilates. I've worked out in the gym for almost 10yrs and some of these workouts in the series have really challenged me!
Hello! I have started to incorporate strength training this year. Not consistently yet but when I can it will be 1-2 times a week. The reason why some Pilates workouts feel more challenging even for an experience gym goer like yourself could be that you’re using smaller muscles and sometimes larger ranges of movement. Your strength is challenged when you take the movement into new ranges or when isolating with pulses or holds etc. Keep it up ❤️ Jacinta
