Learning to Pace Myself with Apple Watch

  • This week I'm learning to pace myself with my exercise goals. Last week I injured myself because I got a little too overzealous. Better to pace myself with smaller, incremental steps that gradually increase over time. Checking my Apple Watch's movement ring stats helped me set a more realistic goal.
    Current weight: 212 lbs
    Goal weight: 177 lbs
    I'm using Lose it app and Apple Watch to track calories, track activity, and lose weight.
