well done Kaze, well done, i honestly wasn't looking forward to this but i'm really glad it came out and that i got to see it, this seemed to actually be a lot better than F3 2021 to be honest, and hopefully everything that sparked my interest here i'll get to play
I remember back in the day when the most amazing RomHacks of Super Mario 64 we're the ones where you could play as Peach, now look how far we have come
I wish that new Smash Remix 1.2.0 trailer that just dropped made it into this.
I was hyped for Yoshi Commits Tax Fraud 64 before the trailer showed anything

I got super Happy when I saw someone recreating the original Nintendo 64 version of Mother 3. However, the moving background got me dizzy and was super distracting.
I've already beaten the GBA version via the fan translation patch, and the moving backgrounds didn't bother me. However, in a 3D environment, it looks like you're rotating. That makes me feel dizzy.
I'm still willing to try it though.

I'm hoping next year's F3 will mention some PMD mods since the base games were a masterpiece and some of the mods released are incredible already
I would love some SkyTemple mods because the pmd rom hacks don't get as much recognition as the main series ones.
@@UltraAryan10 Yh, PMD in general is a series that deserves much more recognition, but it's hard to recommend it to someone when the game titles are like 6 words long

@@RoseQuartz692 No, SM63 is a flash game made by Runouw. It's a 2D platformer featuring mechanics from both SM64 and Sunshine. There were quite a lot of games based off of it in this F3, such as it's fanmade sequel Sm127 and a Redux version of the original

One suggestion for next time, maybe have a transition between each trailer since sometimes its hard to tell where one trailer ends and another begins

We Might not have had an E3 THIS YEAR; But we DID have an F3 this year; and E3'S COMING BACK NEXT YEAR!! I Guess it's going to skip a year in the Following Established Pattern its had since 2020:
1. 2020: No e3
2. 2021: E3
3. 2022: No e3
4. 2023: E3
5. 2024: No E3

hi! i recorded a good bit of the U64MB trailer you all saw. Thanks for featuring us, Kaze! i hope some of you guys are interested in our mod, Sunlit and the gang has been new working for 2 years or so now to basically "complete" mario 64 and make it the ultimate experience.

Love this, such a great idea.
IDK if this counts, but I thought I'd mention it anyway-- a modding team of around 10 I think are developing a sequel sized expansion to an indie game called Rain World, and the developers made the expansion official recently-- just thought I should shout that out, because it's always cool when developers do stuff like this. Only other time I've seen it happen is with Overgrowth making the very popular modded story campaign Therium 2 an official part of the game.

Mega Man 5 DX was out of left field but definitely hype. With all the DX mods for GB games, it was only a matter of time someone did it for the Game Boy Mega Man games. This was definitely the highlight of the announcement for me. Thanks based Kaze.

it's not that hard to look up yourself the name of the hack on youtube lol takes literally seconds to write the name in the good ol search bar
this old games is better than (maybe) 90% of mobile games right know like (auto boring games)
I wish there were a console compatible icon to see which romhacks I can try right now.
A lot of these hacks are compatible with the N64, just don't try B3313 on real hardware, because it's not compatible

Okay, I know it's weird to ask this question after, what, 5 F3s, but I'm kinda confused as to what this thing's specifically about.
I know it's for mods/fangames, but that's pretty broad, and I don't really see stuff that doesn't have something to do with Nintendo. Is it for mods/fangames of just Nintendo games? Then what's with that Megaman mod? Is it for rom hacks and fangames? What about that SM63 mod? That ain't a rom hack. Is it just for mods and fangames for stuff that's somewhat tied to Nintendo?
If someone could give me an answer, that'd be great.

Still playing Kaze´s Mutliplayer Coop hack, but something new would be great.
E3 knew they couldn't compete with F3 this year, hence why they took the year off.
lets face it. Nintendo's behaviour is two fold, they PRETEND to ignore creators such as this because of 1 crucial thing: immense jealousy/envy because they know they cannot accomplish the same level of awesomeness as the community, that being the main reason they attempt to force users to stick with their inferior products (they could have licensed the popular mods but choose to do the second thing instead which is to send lawyers after you for making them look bad)
