Revice is my favourite reiwa era show showing that you don't have to be normal to be happy and no matter where you came from or how dark your past may be it doesn't defy you because as long as you have someone that cares about you it doesn't matter what hurts you love is always there to heal your pain
Revice a show where the strangest of families can still make each other smile and where even a demon can give you hope
Revice is Underrated It's My Favourite Reiwa Rider out of what I've seen I understand it has issues But Better Than Zero-One and Geats Which Was Sandwiched Between Them + Fun fact Saber Being So Popular in China Means That Given The Population Of That Country It Could Very Well Be One Of The Most Popular Kamen Rider Shows Worldwide + Zero-One Was Really Depressing Meanwhile Geats is also Really Awful and Infamous as it Was a Dumpster Fire It Was Even Worse Next to Faiz's 2nd half None of the plots after Episode 24 made any sense

Revice had the best finale for me. It was pretty unique and nicely bitter. And the series was overall a love letter to the franchise.

I believe this is the first time the main Rider’s mom and dad both survive the whole season.
the show underwent a few changes due to covid stuff (one early pitch they were going to go with was ikki touring japan in a post-pandemic world hence why a stamp theme as he would be sending postcards home) but the restrictions still preented that, also hiromi was only meant to be a 1-off character before they liked the actor and decided to keep him as a regualr apart from the bit he was gone for (due to actor allready had taken a job for a bit when it was initally him just for 1 ep) so demons wasnt planned for the show at the start,
I think the writer clarified that when he said he was supposed to be 1-off that was before the actor auditioned, but when he actually wrote the script, Horimi was pretty much a main stay.
What really hurts revice as a series as more the mid season and how litle it developed ikki.
He was fine but he had no way to close the Live arc by himself.
Speaking of Live he probably was the most solid character of the 3 when you look at his actions by what they are rather than what the show suddenly say what they are.
But Hiromi is by faar the best character on the show.
Sakura was fine but the agilera plot could as well be cut from the show and develop the family aspect so she could actually contribute to the finale in a dramatic fashion.
Yeah, Ikki becoming sidelined in his Own Show was a BIG MISTAKE from the Writer, Hanta Kinoshita. He's just focusing Ikki Young Sister Sakura and Hikaru a Minor Character no one cares about
Revice is pretty solid. Thought it really petered out at the last third for the reasons you mentioned in the video. That it kept feeling like we reached the finale, so when we finally did reach the final battle, I was exhausted! And then the Juuga nonsense came in and I completely checked out, but thankfully it managed to pull through with it's ending!
If I have a nitpick for the ending, I just feel the memory-lost story should've been more in the fore front narrative-wise and I would've preferred if the family were the ones that lost their memories of Ikkie. Making Revi's sacrifice a lot stronger. Because despite Ikki losing his memory, he could spend the next phase of his life catching up and reconnecting with his family, not needing to lose Revi, but if it's his family, it makes better sense Revi would feel more compelled to sacrifice himself.

Best way to summarize the series!
I feel like this show gets a bad rep as soon as this show finished it easily became my favourite rider series because it nicely wrapped up each characters story through them getting final forms (except Revi and Vice) also the finale was amazing easily the best until Geats. I must say it's nice to see some revice love especially for the EvilityLive suit.

Revice is my second favorite series in the Reiwa era.

What people don't get about ikki is that he's already an older brother he already had his development and so as an older brother it's his job to help grow his Sibings and everyone around him but he still has some room to grow think of him as hibiki or abarangers black ranger he's vise but he doubts himself he's caring but he gets angry trust people but not immediately and because of him helping the others they help him other riders became heroes after getting the belt but ikki he was a hero even before putting on the belt making him my favourite main character of not only kamen rider but all time but i like vice more lol

Jean and Aguilera mini series was filmed before Aguilera becoming a rider in the tv show. Most of the neo heisei riders heroine guest star in it as an all female rider and female allies anniversary special.
It was good very good its my second favorite in Reiwa like after every new form or new rider came along I'd be like that meme going "I know that reference, i got that" they handled the characters fine and very along the lines of how'd they evolve as people HOWEVER i feel they kinda rushed the end just to meet the 50 episode mark cause it's the 50th anniversary. Like there should have been some things shown more often like George's slow decent into minor madness, Hideo Akaishi slowly seeing Daiji as his "son", Daijij seeing Giff's power to have the logic how how humanity can't beat it, Sakura and Love's little spat before obtaining her Muteki form (which i love the reference to Denebe from Den-O and Ex-aid Hyper Muteki) which also could have happened earlier cause her's not getting enough screen time i feel is a shame cause come on its like her final form was an after thought, showed more little snip bits to the father and Vail's past cause seeing Vail so pissed and hinting about his closeness to Junpei was sooooo interesting but couldn't see it so kinda annoying cause unless we watch the special i can't tell if they were ever close for Vail to be so hurt by Junpei's actions. Yeah yeah a lot of flaws but still good there's a lot of ambitious stuff they wanted to do but was limited by the episodes from how I see it. so personally I'd rate this as a 8/10 good watch especially for long term KR fans.
I Hate That Revice is So Overlooked Compared To All Other Reiwa Series That Came Out Around The Sametime Like Zero-One、Saber、Geats and Gotchard Despite Being Just as Good So Here's An Appreciation Thread + I Never Got Why Geats Was So Popular But Revice is An Amazing Show It Really Deserves To Be Up There Among The Top + Personally I Really Do Prefer Revice Over Double and Gaim + I Just Loved Everything About It Especially Sakura and George lol + I Still Think It's Way Better Than Geats But Have Way Less Conflict iirc + My Favourite Reiwa Season Potentially It’s Always in My Top Tiers Anyway + Revice Legitimately Surprised Me I Thought it Was Gonna Be Boring Because I Haven't Watch It Due To Either Burnout + But Revice it’s Now One Of My Favorite Shows (Along Wizard and Saber)

Revice gets sooo much hate in my country Indonesia, after Revice Thunder Gale and Orteca arc Done. They say after that Arc It's just going to nowhere like Hikaru suddenly becoming a Rider, Sakura annoying "MUTEKI" Word, Aguilera become Hana.

In all seriousness, gotchard having the worst acting in the franchise yet doesn't retroactively make Maeda (Ikki) any less of a wooden plank who never improves, and Imoto (Sakura) just like being...not cut out to be an actress. The best actor, Hyuga (daiji), gets probably the worst material and looks like an idiot in scenes like the one where he punches the computer.
Ace also never improved. He was the very first Kamen Rider (he said he has been a Rider for centuries), yet he was saving people as a side quest, while focusing on finding his mother. His sole motivation until the very end was finding his mother, then he found her and decided to become a benevolent deity. There wasn't an actual character arc though. The only thing that changed is that he befriended other riders, but this wasn't an improvement, since he probably also befriended other Riders in the hundreds of other Grand Prixes he participated in.
@thiagolucena4366 oh i was speaking improving acting wise. Ace being a mostly static character is a detriment to geats definitely though
