Hindi itself is an Arabic term.
Present Urdu language was called Hindi هندي زبان prior to 1900.
So Urdu itself Historic old Hindi قدیم ہندی لسان.

Kudos to Kawsarji for her fluency in Hindi, Hindi is not that difficult for a Arabic speaker( Fusha Arabic and Quranic ones are grammatically very hard comparatively) but coming from a different language family altogether, makes it more time-consuming. Your handwriting is so beautiful too, even many native speakers' fluency will pale infront of her Kitabi/Shastriya Hindi, i can confirm as a non-native speaker. But the good thing is, a good chunk of these words and their native equivalents have ample daily usage among native speakers as well. Here are the Arabic loanwords into Hindi and the native equivalents.
    Lekin- Parantu
    Kitab- Bahi
    Galat- Bhul
    Jaruri- Darkar
    Karib- Pass
    Hawa- Pavan
    Khatra- Vipati
    Faida- Bhalai
    Mushkil- Kasht
    Wakt- Samay
    Takriban- Lagbhag
    Umar- Bayas
    Ajnabi- Anjan
    Kanun- Nyaya
    Kalam- Lekhani

      Hawa - Vayu (Wind)
      Khatra - Sankat (Danger)
      Faida - Laabh (Profit)
Mushkil - Kathin (Kasht means pain)
      Umar - Aayu (Age)

The infusion of loan words into Urdu/Hindi via Persian has been notable. While Persian incorporates these terms, it boasts native equivalents. In recent years, a robust movement led by Farsi language scholars urges people to favor Farsi equivalents over Arabic words in day-to-day conversations. This initiative aims to preserve the authenticity of the Persian language. I recently viewed a Farsi video featuring a linguistics professor from Tel Aviv, Israel. Fluent in Hebrew, Arabic, Farsi, and English, she also commanded ancient Hebrew, Arabic, and classical Farsi. In the show, she delved into Persian loanwords in the Quran, highlighting their Arabization and some becoming archaic in modern Farsi, despite their historical prevalence. It's noteworthy that these words have reentered Farsi in various versions, showcasing the dynamic evolution of language.

@@gazibizi9504 Please do a little research before posting comments. Just like Urdu and Arabic, Hindi and Urdu are very much two different languages. Ask a non-Indian Urdu speaker what words like 'karyakarta,' 'pratigya,' 'paryayvachi,' 'abhilasha,' 'pushp,' 'kaksh,' and 'vyavastha' mean. The two languages have alot of common words, doesn't mean they're the same. Reiterating my original point, when Indians use words like 'kitaab' and 'aasmaan' and 'zameen' etc, they're actually speaking Urdu, not Hindi. The Hindi words for these are 'pustak' and 'akaash/gagan' and 'dharti/bhoomi.'

    • @gazibizi9504
      @gazibizi9504 9 месяцев назад

@@starsign0805 origin of word doesn't make another language. I will use all English words in a Hindi/Urdu sentence does that make it a Hindi or Urdu or English sentence? Words alone don't make up a language. For your info, the term Urdu was finalized during the British to refer to Persianised Hindi language. Persian words were adopted first in Hindi during Sultanate Era who called the language also in Persian AKA Hindi. Hindi is also a Persian word. Sanskrit words were only adopted during British rule that's why Muslim speakers started calling their version Urdu and Hindus retained Hindi. But Hindi is the still same old language which was spoken by people of Persian heritage no matter how many new Sanskrit words are made popular.

No. Urdu is not old Hindi. Hindi is daughter of Samskrita with many original words for all these Arabic/Persian loan words.
Don't assume the Hindi spoken in urban centres like Delhi and Bollywood is the only Hindi. No. There are millions of Hindi speakers who speak Hindi without these loan words.
You Urdu speakers find it difficult to understand even 10% of Hindi spoken in parts of Bharata where there was no or little arabic influence.
Don't show your dumbness with these baseless theories of Urdu being old Hindi. Atleast the likes of you who have never read Hindi literature should stop formulating your own imaginary theories.
