    I like the shoulder external rotation with cable because the resistance curve is constant.

      Yes great variation, DB is great for high resistance at the start. TRX also an option

    Hi Hendrik, love the video. What are some tips/ways to be able to get into a ITF futures 15k or 25k tournament? I’m 17 years old and I’m trying to get into some futures to start my journey. I was wondering how you did it or any advice on how to get there. Thanks

      Hi Andrew thanks💪 you need to go on the itf website and get an IPIN then you can enter tournaments. Especially in summer the Qs can be empty to start without having points
