    🥬[타임라인ㅣtimeline]🌶
    00:00 intro
Did you know that kimchi, actually, is not vegan?
Kimchi can’t be a true vegan dish as the usual kimchi seasoning contains fish sauce and such.
However, everyone can enjoy this vegan kimchi that "Vege is" is presenting to you.
It features a fresh and not-too-strong flavor, as it’s made with only fruits and vegetables.
It will definitely be enjoyed by vegetarians and by those who find kimchi flavor too strong.
Details on substitutable ingredients are included, so that viewers from overseas can try this. So, don't miss it till the end of the video.
Hope you have a healthy and tasty day!

Among the food culture of Korea, special things that distinguish it from the food culture of other countries. //
    1. Perfect vegan food represented by Korean Buddhist temple food
    2. An endless variety of soup dishes
    3. Kimchi: Vegetables fermented with animal protein represented by cabbage kimchi. In the past, only Koreans made and ate it. There are over 800 types of kimchi.
    4. Jeotgal: A fermented animal-based sauce made from seafood. In Korea, there are more than 140 different types of salted fish.
    5. Ssam: It means wrapping all the ingredients you want to eat in various leafy vegetables represented by lettuce. However, unlike burritos, you have to swallow them in one bite, so you need to adjust the amount of ingredients to be wrapped appropriately.
    6. Herbal Medicine Ingredients : Herbal medicine ingredients are not only eaten for special diseases or health, but are also often used for general home cooking. For example, as ingredients for Samgye-tang, Mulberry, Tree Aralia, Eleutherococcus Sessiliflorus, Mongolian Milkvetch, Korean Angelica, Ginger, Jujube and Korean Ginseng are used.
    7. Namul : South Korea is the country that eats the most dishes made with only vegetables without meat and seafood protein. Namul are foods made with one edible plant as the main ingredient. Examples of the types of Namul include Shepherd's Purse, Stringy Stonecrop, Korean Angelica-tree, Korean Wild Chive, Butterbur, Bracken, Doellingeria Scabra, Bamboo Shoot, Chamnamul and Cirsium Setidens.
// Etc... Korea shows a distinctly different food culture from neighboring countries in Far East Asia (China, Mongolia, Vietnam, Japan).

      1. Buddhism went from India to China between 206-220 AD. Buddhism only reached Paekche, Korea in the 4th century.
      2. The most loved Korean soup is seafood Haemul Tang. For those who are allergic or dont like seafood, or cant afford it, Kimchi Jjigae (김치찌개),Soondubu Jjigae (순두부찌개), Doenjang Jjigae (된장찌개) Tteokguk (떡국) are tasty.
      3. In the Philippines, more than 1500 medicinal plants used by traditional healers have been documented, and 120 plants have been scientifically validated for safety and efficacy [11]. Of all documented Philippine medicinal plants, the top list of medicinal plants used for TCAM has been enumerated by [12].05-Mar-2020. China has 30 times that while India has 50 times that of the Philippines.
      4. Total Korean population is around 77 million. 38% of India"s population(1.3 billion) eat plant food. You do the math.
What is the most powerful herbal plant?
Turmeric is certainly the most powerful herb on the planet. It is from the ginger family that is primarily grown in India, China and Indonesia. It contains various compounds with medicinal properties. For example, turmeric contains Curcumin which is a powerful antioxidant that boosts the body's own antioxidant enzymes. Never had a Korean dish with Turmeric.
Etc. Almost every Korean dish is made with Gochujang/Gochugaru. Gets boring after a while, everything starts to taste the same. All my Korean friends complain that most Korean teenagers want Western food at least twice a day. Thats a pity.

@@MrSatukali Sorry. It is an honor to have an envoy of Emperor Xi Jinping visit such a shabby place. But recently, I heard that the People's Republic of China became a soccer vassal state of the Republic of Korea? If you can't play soccer like that, why do you go out to the playground and kick the ball? Wouldn't it be better to practice table tennis a little more during that time?

@@MrSatukali Wo Wo Who. Calm down, Communist. Respectfully, I'll reply to your comments.
      1. Buddhism was first introduced to Korea in the 2nd year(372) of King Sosurim of Goguryeo during the Three Kingdoms period, when a man named Sundo of the Former Qin dynasty delivered The statue of the Buddha and Buddhist scriptures. I’m Korean, so I know the history of my land well. It is very wicked that you, who are not even Korean, are twisting the history of Korea.

@@MrSatukali 2. The best dish in Korea is ‘Sinseollo’, a kind of soup. This dish is a testament to what the most luxurious soups are. It has always been at the top of the Korean Peninsula and among the Joseon court cuisine. A Chinese Communist Party member like you would be unheard of. On the other hand, as a Korean, I know this dish very well.
