Picked one up 2 days ago. Gonna install it before Gingerman. Met Carl and his projects. Can’t wait to see the drift project sliding! Will be picking up front strut bar soon
That car had a rough life. Obviously you can take your sweet time with your own car and not scratch anything if you wish. This was just for demonstration purposes.
love it looks very good and its add better looks to show at car meets witch I go to.I do know that the focus has a lot of body roll anything to help that i am down.
Ok, so after checking with Massive directly I found that to make it fit in a sedan directly you would need a different aluminum block. So I stand corrected, the answer is no it doesn't directly fit.
Noah Tammaro it's been between 0 and -35 degrees the past few weeks. I haven't been able to do much. Lol. But I do have a couple planned once it gets warm enough not to break my camera! Thanks for watching and subscribing!
That Racing Life lol i feel you. Was trying to build a go kart for a friend, but then cold hit and i cant even work in my garage its so cold. Glad to know you will make videos once the weather gets better though! Love you 1000 dollar race car. Good series
Lol. This car has been taken apart a thousand times and isn't exactly road worthy. (Totaled) so it wasnt really a concern. Just showing the steps that need to be taken...
Installed mine tonight... Check out my Instagram! @baldwinracing86 can't wait to go test out the new equipment. Thanks for the video. Made for a quick and painless install
Holy shit ball that poor interior. It hacks like this that fuck up a ez install. $100-$200 part but $1500 in interior part replacement. All because you couldn't use a $5 trim removel tool.... priceless.
very nice i love the way the video isnt monotone or boring. i enjoyed this very much and will be considering your products!

Fair enough
for the additional bolts, why wouldn't you utilize nutserts?
Not everyone has the tools for that. This makes it more user friendly.

cool where is the front?
I believe the first 2 prototypes were just completed a month ago and are in testing currently. I would have to double check with Karl for sure though.
Does anybody else think this guy is on speed? His hands moving quick
Urban Fishing this is now you break clips...::smash, smash, pound, punch:: done! 😁
I can't stop thinking about it.
I was all like "settle down Beavis" - but then I realized how much he looks like Charlie from Always Sunny - that explains a lot
Is this process the same for the mk1 hatch?
I got cusco strut bar for eg hatch and i tried installing it but it cant fit do i need to jack the car first?
Shouldn't have to. But maybe it will help.
Do you know if Massive Speed sells just the hardware for this bar?
Probably. Give karl a call.
Can you do a video on the front strut bar ?
I will talk to Massive about it. That is a much more simple install for sure.
any difference after install rear strut bar?
Adds rigidity to the rear of the chassis. Any amount flex you can get rid of in the chassis is a good thing!
Does this strut bar fit the sedan???
Ok, so after checking with Massive directly I found that to make it fit in a sedan directly you would need a different aluminum block. So I stand corrected, the answer is no it doesn't directly fit.
Does this strut bar work on older models (2000-2004)?
No. Check out the website linked in the description for all parts that are made for your specific year.
Hey man. You have anymore uploads coming out soon? I really like your channel.

Surely those two tiny bolts holding the rear shocks wouldn't pass FEA
If funny seeing Karl without a beer in his hand.
Unfocused Racing Just happened to be one of those occasions. Haha
My kinda guy.
😎
Lol @ beauty covers.
Those are vacuum caps 🤦♂️.
A little ingenuity and you could do this for a fraction of the cost that I'm sure this thing went for. Make it yourself and save big dollars.
Time or money, you can decide.
