I just added my cross bar to the stock as well. Taking it off loses the triangulation which ties it all together. Just had to use longer grade 8 bolts.
@@club.alfagt I have stock style struts, so they have bolts that go through strut bearing 2014 year model. So new bar on top of firewall bar only allowed a couple threads grip, i preferred better grip so i bought 1 inch longer bolts.
Thank you for the video. Any reason why you have not adjusted the front camber? Looks like you’re barely running -1.0*. -2.0 to -2.5* does wonders for these FWD cars, and it will allow you to tuck those front tires a lot better under hard cornering. 🍻
Hows that lightweight battery holding up? Do you daily this car with that battery? Was thinking of going to this battery setup but have read very mixed reviews. Car looks awsome btw.
@@richardlapoint1845 had it for over a year now got it when I was in Maryland but now I’m in Texas it does great but I do hook it up to a battery tender all the time
@@club.alfagt you're on point, you answered my next question after the location lol. I appreciate the feedback, but i think im gonna try a stock size agm battery instead. Problem is this car sits for a month at a time and i figured with that being kind of a deep cycle battery it would hold up. That and it would make replacing the battery a whole lot easier.
@@richardlapoint1845 there’s a few reasons to still run a odessey pc680 or similar battery....they are cheaper to replace and if you have it hooked up on the battery tender while it sits (which you should do even with regular oem batteries) I garauntee you it will crank up
Great vid. That ST was sick the way it was making a cake walk of the cones.

@@spacecalander ahhh gotcha
I’m gonna go ahead and get it for the ST3. Thanks for the review
I know this is old but why did you stop running the Spyder headlights?
Thank you so much for the review! Can you tell me what torque you have to use to put those factory bolts back on?
This is a quality review!
Thank you

I did later on before selling the car!
What modification do I need to make to add a Air scoop like yours?
Did you heat wrap the intake with it installed on the car? I’d like to do mine as well but I don’t feel like taking it off just to wrap it
how do you change your brake fluid with that strut bar in placed?
Cool, what year is you ST
Was a 2015
Yeah that bar won't fit mine, i have the big mountune RS intake pipe that one almost hits the rubber seal of the rain gutter
What battery you used for your car? Changing the battery with an aftermarket strut bar is pain in the a**
What size tire are you running, they look great!
Running a 265/35-18 thanks !
@@club.alfagt Thanks
Way out of the topic but are u running the adjustable sway bar links by massive?

Battery is great man. Just make sure you don’t leave your accessories running
@@club.alfagt how long have you had yours and are you in a hot climate? I live in FL that's why I'm asking. Thanks for the response btw.
