We do get a break and to be honest for me the 6 hours go by so fast because I am enjoying my studies. I always plan my week ahead and try to get all of my to do list done on the days that I do not have school. This has helped me not feeling like I am overwhelmed.

At first it was difficult but now I am okay with them. I guess because April has been such a chilled month work wise, it has given me more time to pour into my studies. The burn out that I went through in March really taught me that I need to also prioritise self care too xx

Thank you for the ongoing support bestie and to be honest I think it is normal as a student to go through phases where you do not really have motivation. However, you cannot stay in that space for long so you need to find strategies that work best for you. For example, planning your day ahead and making sure you fit in regular breaks? Step away from your workspace and go for a walk? and then get back into it. For me it has been trial and error. I still struggle some days too xx
