Easy Garlic Balsamic Baked Carrots in oven

Oven baked Carrots with balsamic vinegar and garlic dressing. Delicious and easy to make.
For Carrots:
1 kg. carrots, peeled and trimmed
2 Tbsp. olive oil
Sea salt and black pepper

For Carrots dressing:
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
3 Tbsp. chopped, fresh parsley
1-2 garlic clove, grated
Bake in oven for 30-35 min 200 °C / 392 °F
