Legendary reply
That punch that was totally fuckin bad-ass dude! Like he was aiming for his spine, through the stomach
During that short conversation, father in law rubbing that gold in both hands lol.
@@theman9025 dude I just noticed that. Thought it was a regular ass gut shot, noooo my mans straight up punched through him, literally see the punch waves in his back 😂😭
I love how his Father-in-Law is worldly enough to recognize just how insanely generous the offer is and that it's basically the perfect 'out' for him to retire on. Another great part of this scene is just how deep in over his head the Brother-in-Law is, and how Hutch and the Dad are instantly talking over his head!
Tax Free....too!
After the ice cream guy, ya father-in-law gets it. And the “ha holy shit” said it all
Hahaha love old iron sides
@@mikejohnson9118 Tax free is probably pushing it, but you can certainly make up whatever number you think you can get away with.
@@jarowan ohh yea, pay nothing IRS comes down on you, pay a nominal amount so something is paid? IRS won't even look at it, they are far too underfunded and understaffed.
@Myrixica i think the tax free remark stems from the fact that there is no tax on gold. Planetwide.
I love how much our guy sounds like a dad after he gut punches that dude. "Okay, sit down, breath deep - can you do that for me little buddy?"
and returns back to his old grouchy self by saying "I dont give a shit".
Haha I was thinking the same thing
That's how fatherhood works lmao.
Tyson if he was chill
That was a solarplex punch learn your anatomy lol
For anybody who doesn't know what it feels to be punched this way, it's called being winded. You legit feel like you're dying for a few secs lmao, can't breathe, all that.
Yeah it sucks. So do kidney punches, a buddy got me with one in shop class while I was running the tire machine. Tried to chase him but onky made it a few steps. Got him back with a shaped piece of buffing compound outta a length of pvc held to the end of my air chuck. That shit flies pretty good.
Yea I know i felt it and It wasn't me that got punch lol and can be done with a kick too very effective stopper
I've been winded landing incorrectly after taking a Judo throw in classes, it's not pleasant, so I'd wager that x20 with a good punch to the solarplexus.
I got hit like that in boxing spar, i legit have trouble catching my breath.
I've never been punched like that, but did got hit by a football right in the chest. You literally can't contract your diaphragm, it was like 30 s without breathing
Play that punch in slow motion. That's either the best stunt acting I've ever seen or that guy just took a straight right hand to the body that changed his body shape. That shit will definitely fuck a person up.
Looks like he's done stunt work and presumably there was some padding.
He has practiced for two years just for this movie. And even on set he was practicing during lunch time. Stunt crew loved working with him because of all the hard work.
Play it @2x speed and it's the quickest deal he's ever made🤣
That Guy wears Protection, I think.
Neither the junk nor the stomach. That's the bottom of the abdominals, near the pubic bone. Soft tissue. Sends shockwaves to nearby organs and the nerve trunk before it branches to both legs.
Nearly can't recognize his father in law is played by Michael Ironside, an actor always appears as badass in many famous film such in "Total Recall"
We all get old
Honestly it is the extra weight that makes him somewhat unrecognizable- he has survived thyroid and prostate cancer, and the thyroid variety can seriously mess with your weight.
Man, is him!
Looks even more badass now with this massive grandpa shape. Not forget the colonel in starship troopers.
For a split second I thought it might have been Brian Dennehy, but then I remembered that he was probably too old and frail or sick when production began (he died about 6~7 months after production began on "Nobody" aged 81, in April 2020).
Cant forget starship troopers
A handshake & a punch to the gut is the new way of doing business, plus having a few bricks of gold laying around
Most businessmen will stab you in the back. The punch to the gut is a new approach.
Actually I think that might be quite a traditional way of doing business.
Saul Goodman just Tiger Dropped that guy
God I love Michael Ironside. Was great to see him in a movie again!
'See you at the party Richter'

Yakuza mentioned raahhhhhhh
NO WAY SAUL GOODMAN USED TIGER DROP ON THAT POOR FELLOW
KIRYU YAKUZA WOULD BE PROUD
Oh my. These gold advertisements are getting more and more violent ....
I'm so glad Michael Ironside is acting again. Seeing him in Community was great. He really brought Sam Fisher to life for everyone who played Splinter Cell, including me as a kid. Glad he's healthy and cancer free now.
Excellent film for a typical story line
Well acted and at Last realistic fighting
That punch to the gut got some gasses moving around in there.
having dealt and received I can confirm I can still feel it lol
Punch to the liver!
@@joefran619 I believe it was the solar plexus. Instantly knocks the wind out of you.
"I don't give a shit." Classic!
Dude got tiger dropped
Gotta appreciate how he held out from passing out...a gut punch like that is usually lights out xDDD
I would have done the same. Someone come walking through the door and drops a bag full of gold bars in front me. Yep sold.
With current gold prices? Fuck ya im selling!
A man walking into your store, dropping dem bars. You aint gonna ask him his business. You take the gold and you get the F out, no questions.

This movie rode the best line between genuine action move. And comedic john wick knockoff / god level trolling
From the director of Hardcore Henry and one of the John Wick writers.

Wow what a cold blooded savage 👏👏
This scene!!!! I can’t breathe and laugh so hard😂😂😂
gold is the deal maker or the deal breaker,it speaks louder than anyone in the room, when it talks i listen, just like the old guy,he listened intently
Interestingly, one thing that has not changed in thousands of years.
"Fool's gold" as they say, Alan. Struttuner.
@@HyPhuyenTheSwordPrince anyway you look at it,PRINCE he cashed out, only he got paid in gold, real money
@@strattuner I meant to say that people love the gold, seriously and temptatiously(if that is the word). No one can admire more than real gold dug from riches. Even though gold is expensive and hard as steel. I am glad that Ironside is now a retired character that came as a side character to a retire. Not only that, his last name from Ironside should be "Goldside." And the reason I said Fool's Gold is because if his actor's roleplay as his son doesn't want the gold by his own worker who works hard in sweat to earn the easy, has fools gold as they say. In a cheat verse, "work hard, no money, have gold, have fun."
@@strattuner oh and uh, here is my temptation quote if you both don't know what I meant. My verse if I were to make my own quote is, "If you work hard and never have enough of what you achieve already after countless years, then go for what you want already having fun if it is given out of nowhere."
I feel like odenkirk could actually kick someone's ass in a fight 😂 all the training he went through just for this movie
This whole movie was inspired by the frightening home invasion he experienced a while ago. It kinda makes sense he wanna buff up.
U even hear the stomach digest the punch 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Love how the dad wasn’t even mad or really surprised that his son got gut checked
You know how good a tv show will be when you see Michael Ironside staring in it
I thought that was him
This was a movie.
Its a movie, by the John Wick people.
TheWeasle: "Straight punches beat looping punches - this is a prime example!" 😎
0:21 tiger drop be like
That is a great movie I hope we get to see more of him
"i dont give a shit" best answer 😂
He just stole his sons future. Clearly, he doesn't care about him at all
He literally pulled an "I have much gold"
Do you know anything about retired Actor, Michael Ironside's movies?
That was a liver punch. *TRUST ME* they make you feel this way and turn this shape.
That's the number one reason to fear lefties in a fight.
@@slappy8941 Lefties, who work with hammer, could use both hands and were playing soccer, reflexes well above average. My dad fought four guys at once, pulling Bruce Lee: "I was spinning around, kicking the balls as fast as I could". Dad had slightly blue eye and broken lip but I would pay a LOT to see their faces. Still had and arm like pro wrestler and fingers like sausages at 74.
Everyone thinks that what knocks you out fastest is a hit to the jaw. But if you need to lay out someone who has not trained or is just drunkenly aggressive bodyshot is the way. Also I have seen way too many people fuck up their hand when punching to the face gloveless. Dont do it if you have not trained it.
@@hisdud3ness93 Nut shots may be cheap, but it's all over in seconds. All you need to break a hand is for the target to lower their head and your fist impacts the top of their skull.
Liver is on the other side, he hit him with a straight right, not with a left hook. Stomach or diaphragm, instead.
I gotta ask though 😂😂,
Is that the actual reaction to a real gut punch. It was epic😂😂😂
it´s not really gut punch, more like that triangle right under your chest where your ribs separate. And yes, the reaction looks very much like this.
@@hades17081997 ah haha the solar plexus. Woow I'm hoping not to get whooped over there ever.
@@benjaminshauri380 yes that's the term 😀 but it's not really that bad, you lose breath for like 15-20 seconds, but then you are okay 😃 I am sure you experienced similar thing as a kid, falling from some fence or something... Or was it just me ? 😅
@@hades17081997 lol yeah. I'd make Catapults at 10. I saw the big boys make incredibly powerful ones so I made on myself. When I drew it, it was too strong for my grip and slipped out and hit me square right there with all that force.
I took of for a few metres, fell down and was just there gasping for breath😂😂😂
Big boys were on their backs dying of laughter
Is the mc actor roleplaying as Nobody's Midas with that fist which is far more than touching him. Or he is forcing them to leave the easier way saving their skins in a greedy yet easier way? Either way, Michael Ironside touched his hands on MC's fingers in this movie and turned his last name into Goldside now.
Yo I can't believe Saul Goodman knows tiger drop
What am i gonna do? "I don't give a shit"😂😂
He just stole his sons future. Clearly, he doesn't care about him at all
love how the dad doesnt care his son just get punched in gut and shakes the man's hand who did it seconds after
It’s called tough love
To be fair, his son threw the first punch. Hutch just knocked the wind out of him, didn't beat him down or anything.
I think it’s because he knows his son is a punk who used the fact that he’s the owner’s son to push people around.
His son is not going to insert the business, after he helped his dad create it. The dad is worldly and doesn't care for anyone else. He won't even share the gold with his kid, whom he just stole a future from
The "I don't give a shit" is so satisfying. I keep returning for this scene just because of it
Yeah, LOL, that was one fuckin bad-ass punch. Like he was aiming for his spine through his stomach 🏈
This would be a great cutscene for GTA when buying a property
One thing to be set straight " Don't mess with Saul Goodman " !
Sheesh. Ten years in the Joint made Saul Goodman a fucking dragon of al-buquerque!
Watched this last night, best scene in the whole movie.
God their acting is so good. I feel sorry for him when he said "but what am I going to do?" Like I only knew him for all of 1 minute and I feel for him.
Ironically there are two former secret agents in this scene. Splinter Cells, if you will.
Bro got tiger dropped 💀💀💀
I love the comic relief! Just great!
0:20 Tiger drop
Best film I've seen in ages
What's silly is that I'm pulled out of this scene by the fact the gold is shown to be so light... isn't gold pretty heavy, like 30lbs a bar or something?
There are different sizes of gold bar and coin ranging from 1gram to 12,500 gr (~30lbs). The one you mentioned value between $600k-800k. If you’re saying all those gold bars in this scene should be at ~30lbs each, that’s probably over $20mil he’s offering to buy the place, I don’t think the business worth that much
Those are 1 pound per unit at best. So maybe 10 kg total which is still nice.
that has got to be millions of dollars of gold.
"No! We put our blood and tears into this place!" 😡🤬
*Gets punched in the gut
"But, what am I supposed to do now" *says while crying😢😭
"I don't give a shit" 😂😂😂
Whenever you throw a gut punch, to make it land as hard as possible, aim for the spine, through the solar plexus 🏈
You will never accomplish anything.
this movie was a major surprise how good it was...IMO of course
Giving gold to Iron....
That name Ironside is now Goldside. Even though I just heard about him doing a video game movie in the very past.
" i dont give a shyte " 😂 sir thats your brother in law
This movie is so underrated
Not by me! 👍👍👍
Love that scene
I almost didn't recognize M. Ironside here
Jester among others. See you at the party Richter!
Andriy Kobin, were you saying something about my daughter?
I love the way he says no you don't like "Shut up, bitch. You are a level 5 among two level 90s."
Saul doing deals with Darkseid 😂😂😳😳
I feel that punch
Bro hit him with the tiger drop.
"Are you listening, Sam?"
"Grimm..."
"Take the deal, Sam."
Michael really loves gold. At least his last name is "Ironside." It's been a while. To be honest when I heard about him in the comments, I just only want to talk about how people miss him even though I haven't heard about him. I bet his "Ironside" isn't breakable when he has good asskicking to anyone he would roleplay as. What other movies has he done in the very past now that his last name is "Goldside?"
What a punch!!
I really Injoy this movie 🎬. Looking in from Ireland 🇮🇪
Ironside's voice will always be Sam Fisher for me
Did I imagine that at the end of this scene the old man said 'you're not a contractor, are you?' or something along those lines. Showing he knows that it's a cover story after that.
"But what am i going to do?"
then hutch punch him again but on the head.
"nothing for the next few weeks"
Eddie: 😁😁
If it's .999 purity gold then heck that's a few million dollars there. Just a somewhat small shoe box size can be almost 2 mil. And yes it's pretty heavy for its size. There was one video here on RUclips which had them unpackaging a small box of 34 kilo bars. 1093.1 oz 32.15 oz per bar x $1,788 per oz. X 1, Prices fluctuate all the time. It came out to be over 1.9 mil
I agree there are a few millions there but, was it such a good deal? I mean, it's a lot o money but I thin this is a medium size company that handles millions by the year.
I'm going to rent this, glad I waited.
It was actually pretty disappointing
Wow. Missed that completely!
this is what happened after he dealt with the cab driver
Sam Fisher thinking to himself, "I could worse."
Tiger Drop in Yakuza be like...
That's exactly what I thought when I first saw this scene.
He's not even remotely mad that he struck his son.
He just stole his sons future. Clearly, he doesn't care about him at all
This gold is some 20 kg, something you don’t throw on a table like paper.
But son I'm holding a gold bar right now. 😅
My man just tiger dropped him
komaki trained him well
The guy spent millions just to buy an one-off playground for himself. What a chad.
I love how every other comment is an "I love * insert obvious meaning of the scene here*" and it people act like the comment poster is a philosopher.
The art of the deal
When Saul come knocking
Listen when a man drops a double bag of gold bars on your desk you say yes
Liver punch is really deadly
“The adults are talking”
That’s at least 15 million in gold bro
Oh wee, that was a nasty punch!
This movie is basically Saul/Jimmy taking out all his Better Call Saul frustration’s
That's alot of gold
Michael ironside needs to reprise his role as sam fisher again
Hold on a moment. He did Splinter Cell in movies?
What's the name of that song at the end ?
Sleeper movie, maybe because of his Better call Soal character. But definitely worth the watch. Big up to his dad and brother Doc from back to the future, RZA from Wu-Tang Clan.
I like the old man's attitude.
He just stole his sons future. Clearly, he doesn't care about him at all
Wish they actually had used a couple of real gold bars as the sound effects as the real sound is much different......gold is heavy and clunks...it doesn't jingle at all...

It's possible that an equivalent amount in cash wouldn't have gotten a deal . Gold has that effect on people.
Nah this was 500 k minimum
But what am I gonna do?

Are you kidding? The sonis getting none of it. That dad is moving to Fiji and never talking to his kids ever again
