How to tie the bendback fly, a fly that can be tie in all different sizes of baitfish to target smaller fish like bream to larger fish like Barra and Murray Cod. with the hook riding up and the wing over the hook point it helps to make it less prone to snagging in weed, timber and rocky areas.

Just 1 tip to save on led(free) wire, after I started to use an old bobber ( with the wire) I waste almost no wire.

For better hooking, but no reduction in weedlessness you should put less of a bind in the hook. Ideally you should be able to follow the line of the bent section straight to the back of the bend.
