This is a excellent channel with top quality content. Would really like to see the E Ride PRO-SR vs. the Altis Sigma comparison and race in the future. Cheers.
Range testing is definitely on the list! Our current 3.0 promotion includes a free $160 Leatt helmet but we’ll have affordable financing for the bikes very soon.
@@tb3780maybe but the price range is also different, rn looking at MX5 is 25% off, so comes to no comparison, any way I would love to see 3.0 vs MX5 :)
I was able to ride the 3.0 at the Austin Electric Expo and I noticed a way cleaner and stronger throttle response than my 2.0. Saving for the SR tho as my 2nd bike
Looks like there are a lot of nice upgrades on this one. I LOVE the headlight/brake light blackout switch. I ride at night a lot and that is super handy. I have $30K+ invested in my MX4s so I'm going to hang on to them for a few years. I can't imagine what will be available when I'm ready to upgrade. Surron Super Duper Bee maybe? These are good times for electric motorcycles!
Absolutely nothing wrong with doing that! It’s a constant chase for bigger and better, but those talarias are probably incredibly fun and still great bikes. That’s the best part of all of this!
@@ChargedCycleWorks 100% correct. I have a blast each and every ride. The only significant issue I still have is chain stretch. Especially with an aftermarket controller giving 15KW, you really have to stay on it. I clean, lube and adjust my chain every couple rides (non O-ring chains) but I have a system and it goes pretty quick. Aside from that they're perfect and I will enjoy them for several years to come.
Im so stoked for this model, this bike is the closest to perfect fit for my exact needs. This is the one. Thank you for the outstanding comprehensive review, love the channel :)
This thing would be a beast for my daily commute, but can it carry 25+ pounds of cargo without bending the subframe? What options are there for adding something like a rear rack?
Ordered the SR, really thinking I probably should have just done this 3.0. Do the 3.0 and SR still come with the 20mph dongle? It keeps you out of trouble at some CO spots and I love being able to remove and replace at my desire.
The dongle is the new standard for all bikes as of now. They are still making a few decisions about how it works with the Bluetooth app. We’ll keep everyone posted as they tell us.
ERP 2.0 is already outdated imp I would like to see the ERP 3.0, SR, MX5, & Altis Sigma if you had to choose one which one would it be and the best bang for your buck?
I've been waiting for the 3.0 to release to get one for the sole reason of putting 16" moto wheels on it. So I can't do that with the front fork it comes with right now? There aren't any wheels I can buy that will be compatible?
Thanks so much for the video! I had a question about where to order this bike? Is it better to get it directly from E ride or from a place like RevRides?
We also sell this bike if you’d prefer to go through us, and part of our Black Friday deal at the moment is getting a free Leatt 2.5 stealth helmet with the purchase of a bike. Just add the helmet to your cart at the time of purchase and it will discount to free. Having dealer support is always nice as a good line of communication for any possible issues and warranty
This is an incredible all around bike, much more aggressive and comfortable, with better suspension. The power also feels extremely nice and e ride is incredible when it comes to warranty and parts for these. We like the MX5 compared to previous talarias but this bike is definitely a solid one so far
@@ChargedCycleWorks Yea i think you're right it's a great bike, I'm from Australia & im thinking about getting either the E Ride Pro SS 3.0 or the MX5. The E Ride Pro 3.0 has a belt drive i think ? & a bigger battery. The MX5 has a metal gearbox & thumb throttle regen, I'm Not going to be able to afford to Upgrade anything, so right out of the box is the way it will stay so having said that wich one would you recommend ?? Im 5 foot 10 inches tall & about 110kg, Thanks Brett...
@@bretts7085I’m thinking the E ride if you plan to keep it stock is going to be the better choice. The Talaria only becomes comfortable when doing upgrades to slacken the head angle a little bit.

@@toni2024-p4t "WoW" i bet your really excited about your new Talaria coming, Congratulations You've picked a great bike, have a great time riding it 👍👍
Amazing content as always, guys! With Eride, Ventus, Altis setting the bar, I can’t wait to see the new powerhouses from Talaria amd other brands, and well, maybe even the Surron itself (highly doubtful).
All depends on what you are after, but with strength and power comes weight. If you want it light and nimble it won’t be as strong, but that doesn’t mean light and nimble isn’t still extremely fun. Also important to keep in mind that more power makes bikes feel lighter while riding.
@@ErideAdventure ideally you are correct but with these the weight matters cuz their seems to be 3 weight divisions right now the light emotos ranging from 120lbs to 160lbs they're more playful and flickable but can't handle some of the more serious jumps or whoops like the mid size bikes can weighing close to 190lbs these feel more like dirtbikes and handle obstacles much better but are less playful and nimble the theirs the full sized class weighing like 260lbs this would be the stark varg and it's a full in motocross bike entirely different animal. So ya we want light bikes but light for the class of bike that we want. Doesn't help we all want more power and range also that adds weight.
what i'd really love would be an "L1E" style road-legal version q: right now my only option is the Talaria Sting L1E and that's based off the MX3 version

Sweet! Thank you. Been hoping for a video like this for a minute.
Incredible indeed!
Wish I started with this in 2018.
Thanks for the great info!
Just want to see the next video to see how this stacks up to the MX5?
Stay tuned for that video coming soon!
Second that... guessing out of the box, SS3 wins as trail bike for $5k, MX5 as edirt bike for a bit more?
Jackshaft a no deal for me, should be gearbox or direct drive.

Coming up next!
I can’t wait to see all the new accident videos from the reverse feature. This is gonna be so much fun.
The 3.0 is amazing I could be very happy with the way it is but I need a luna loat seat
only takeaway is the rear sprocket is just a little bit big at 58t maybe 54t is the sweet spot for some more speed. 2.0 comes with a 55t
Wonder if it will overheat and shut off after you have the throttle pinned wide open for a few minutes like the 2.0 would.
mine doesn't do that

That’s another sexy bike I got my Altus apparently on a boat somewhere.
Great contribution!
Is it possible to control the 3.0 via an app, for example to reduce the speed to 20km/h for beginners?
I’m am so excited
Take it to motocross track please.
And test those brakes on aspfalt

It’ll be slower, but lighter.

Yes! They are working on selling retrofitting kits for that bike to have the larger battery
