Amazing workouts. Have you ever thought about creating a adjustable bench full body dumbbell workout program, more so for people that may struggle with back issues but can still workout with the aid of a bench
@@luxuryturtle8030 I have more dumbbell and bench workouts on my TPT Studio Members area. I usually show some bench & no bench options within my RUclips workouts. Agreed, a lot of RUclips is targeted for women, or HIIT training. Very little quality strength work 💪🏼

Tom, be honest; are these the only workouts you do (in your videos), or do you do more intense, heavier workouts in order to get your body? I want you to look similar to you and am more than prepared to put the work in, but if I just follow your videos will it achieve similar results over time? (And with the correct diet and sleep pattern).
Lately I’ve been doing 60% my training just filming these RUclips videos but I do train more rep & sets style workouts outside of this. I generally follow a program that is very similar to my Dumbbell Plan E-Book (on my website) which is a superset style written program for reps (not for time). I think just for developing Aesthetic muscular physique you could just do these videos but for optimum strength also you’d need some lower rep ranges and longer rests mixed in which don’t work well for follow alongs. Hope that helps
@@Me-hs4jj I did a triathlon in the Summer so did a lot then but I was eating a lot to fuel the extra workload so didn’t look my most athletic. Generally I don’t do any cardio outside of the occasional AMRAP and EMOMs included in my RUclips workouts which are enough to maintain a reasonable fitness.
