      Yes it can feel intimidating (especially when we think we are doing something wrong)! But thoughts are a part of being human, and can be lovingly embraced as such 🌻

    HI GOOD DAY. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN BY HIGH ACHIEVER? YOU ALWAYS USE THE TERM AS REFERENCE TO YOUR CLIENTS. I AM ONLY 23 YRS OLD I DO LIKE WHAT YOU ARE ABOUT I FOUND YOU THROUGH MINA.       Hi Ebony, thank you for this wonderful question! When I refer to high achievers, I'm speaking of a very results-driven, ambitious energy that exists within many of us. Typically, high achievers are super goal oriented - often to the point that their wellbeing suffers because they are obsessed with working. While I specialize in helping high achievers find more balance, these videos and my work can be applied to many different situations and circumstances. We each have a nervous system that is impacted by the stresses of life. I work with all sorts of beautiful humans to help them find a deeper connection to their lives and bodies.
