Do your homework my dude. You can watch later, get ahead of the class (and life) while you can. Finish your schooling as fast as you can and get ahead. Unfortunately college will be required for many high positions, get it over with as fast as possible so you have more time to make your money.
This has to be one of the best formats I’ve seen from y’all! Jumping back and forth with the interview to shooting and back, kept me more engaged, great work!
hell of a guest on the 1911 syndicate; I've heard his name in the industry but knew nothing about him. I have to say I'm very impressed, and I have massive respect for Dan.
I agree on the ambi safety. Even being left handed. I’ve never used a left handed safety on any gun or ever had one. I learned pretty soon ( with guitar, I play right handed) that the world is for right handed people. Just learn and adapt. I’ve never had a problem.
Hey 1911 syn,,,,been watching y'all for a bit,,,,have had bakers dozen 1911's over 45yrs,,,,to your guest Dan B,,,, "Thank You" for your service and Blessings to you and yours,,,GREAT episode!!
Dan is the man! Such a genuine, no BS and Obviously, a great guy! Wish there more people, "kind souls" like him in this world! Props to Dan Brokos and his family! Great choice of top 5!
This is the best episode in this series. I did two tours at Bragg and can’t claim meeting Dan but was in the 82nd, so I get the mindset. I’d buy him some beers just to hear some of HOOAH stories.
Finally able to watch this, another great video. You guys do an awesome job on these interview style videos especially with adding in the range portion. Dan had some good points and really like seeing the shotgun on his list.
I have bought recoil magazine since the 8th issue. It was the first time I saw it after I got sober and got out of the hospital. I have missed a lot of issues sure, but I have a STACK of them. I remember at least one you were in Sir. Thank's for your service. Good show as always gents. For those about to rock: Stay safe, be kind, shoot straight.
Congrats on being sober and having a better life brother getting sober and changing for the better changes a lot practically every aspect of life seriously stay strong brother god bless!!
Excellent video. I love the format and Dan is a certified bad ass. I also really like the 'keep it simple' approach to training and gadgets philosophy. I really enjoyed this. And, thank you all for your service!
Awesome chapter 3 323 carbine drill! Hits close to home when I see the frustration from a couple of misses. Just when I think I’ve got a drill pegged BOOM I’m humbled instantly when I’m with the bros. This was fun to watch with a Macanudo and some whistlepig 18. Thanks again guys, love this series!
Learn how to shoot, then learn how to cheat. Great interview! As a 57 yr old, 33 yr retiree, I love this shit!! Whiskey and a fire ring with team guys sharing stories. 😎
I love the show. First time watching and I’m a fan!! It felt like I was there hanging out with you guys. Thank you for your show. New fan Rick Mendi here.
my dad was 82nd airborne.. and his favorite meal was beef stroganoff. LMFAO!! we make it with mushroom soup though.. i gotta check out Type-A.. they're less than an hour from me.. and most of all.. this video reminded me of how much i miss my dad's Fort Bragg stories
I always hated eating beef stroganoff growing up but as a adult being out the house now at 24 I miss my moms cooking even the meals I didn’t care for like beef stroganoff
Wow what a great guy. I mean really he deserves the best in his retirement such a sincere individual I believe every word he says and he puts a lot of thought into those words
I'm a Marine (04 - 08) grunt, served and fought. I only mention this because I hope I have the same impact for my 3 boys (5, 7, 9 years old). One thing they are learning is that "daddy is not normal." Wish I could present it better, but life is hard. Some tips -- it is HARD to always do right, you have to fight for it everyday. Also. Badguys, no matter how bad, always cry when they are about to die.
I'm hooked on this show , if it wasn't for 1911 syndicate I would still be thinking Glock is perfection and the greatest pistol in the world , I wish I never layed eyes on Infinity or staccato along with Cabot and alchamey , what a journey and you guys helped me expand my knowledge on firearms and it's gonna be a expensive journey from here ..
As a new enthusiast, incredibly invaluble to join in casual coversation format with Dan. The Icarus is already sitting in my cart... Just need to figure out if the grip module will run flush at the end with the PMM comp. Again, excellent value. Thanks.
your guest is awesome I spent four years active duty Navy on a few ships either everybody fights the fire or you're in the water with the sharks I ran towards two fires in the Navy as a civilian ran towards two more one at work one at home here in the apartment complex I currently live at
Great Video! I've loved my type-a contractor from day one! It's the most accurate rifle I own and has yet to have a hiccup. The team at BG Defense was very helpful and answered all my questions during the build of my carbine. It's just waiting on the arrival of a can (currently in ATF Jail). I also keep a SHTF carbine at the ready, which is my geissele super duty - Mostly bc I'm a PA guy and I like to support companies in my state as much as possible. Thankfully we have a lot of great firearm oriented companies making their home in Pennsylvania even with all the anti-gun lobbying going on (Geissele, Scalarworks, Lancer Systems, etc.)
What a great segment. Now my pocket book just got a little lighter. Just kidding!!! I like one of the last statments of train with the basics first and get good before the bells and whistles.

Me too man me too

Just found your channel.... Love this episode!
hell of a guest on the 1911 syndicate; I've heard his name in the industry but knew nothing about him. I have to say I'm very impressed, and I have massive respect for Dan.
I really enjoyed the mix of well thought out gun choices, good quality drills, and sentimentality of this episode.
Love this man! Very honest, a hardworking man admitting he needs to spend more time home and would want to be a firefighter
Excellent interview! Dan is very personable and low key. Also love the way he gave some shotgun luv.
I agree on the ambi safety. Even being left handed. I’ve never used a left handed safety on any gun or ever had one. I learned pretty soon ( with guitar, I play right handed) that the world is for right handed people. Just learn and adapt. I’ve never had a problem.
I have no silly comment, this is such great episode. A huge thanks to F!reBeard, PartWookie, Lispy Crispy and Dan Brokos.

Love you too boo boo thanks for watching 👊🏼
This is what the gun community should be. Not a single bash on “oh that gun sucks” etc.
I enjoyed this episode. I still rock a A2 grip on my ARs. I am impressed by Dan because his firearms were functional and sentimental. Great show guys.
