I thought this was going to be a quiet week. An easy, short, not so many games week. Welll....guess what I eneded up doing a lot more of last night than I thought! Lots of small publisher indie games to along with things too as usual, and as usual, trying to cover as many as I can in as reasonable timeframe to do so.

Great video! Just backed Children of Morta :)
I played Vicious Gardens in prototype form. The artwork is gorgeous and the game was fine. It DEF has take that pretty hard. You need to know that going in.
This year, I'm going with a "stop backing games, but maybe expansion" mindset and so far it's going great. I backed 1 project to support a friend designer, I backed Veiled Fate expansions which is a hit in my group and the only new game I'm considering is Grimcoven.
Many games have arrived since I started backing games in 2020 and my group ain't active enough to play them all as they arrive, so slowing down and starting to refine the collection seem like the most logical thing to go for atm.
I'm still keeping an eye opened on upcoming campaigns, but my interest to always get more has greatly diminished. I'm more interested in playing the games I already like than trying to find the next great game. The hunt for greatness is over. Time to make the games from my collection great again!!!
Same boat here! I’ve only backed the presence this year and only looking at grimcoven and maybe the new defenders of the realm. Last year was another story…

Regicide is nearly $100 with shipping which makes it a pass for me. Hoping to pick up on sale at retail eventually.

Your Video thumbnail caught my eye with Regicide Legacy. I didn’t know that was a thing. I got excited for what could potentially be an affordable legacy game…. Holy crap…. They took a game based around a deck of cards and made it more expensive than I bought the first clank legacy. Hard Pass….

Dear Chris, you will not back Regicide Legacy, it is too expencive. Regular Regicide is its weight in gold though.
Spearsmen seems like almost a clone of nine mens morris? But they don't mention it anywhere, strange.
4:37 Chris, how do you feel about the conversion kit for 1st Edition backers?
I know some people feel they might still their 1st Edition - and back the 2nd Edition - since the vibes are that the 2nd Edition gameplay is better - and people don't like adding stickers to their games.

Vicious Garden is the only one that seems remotely interesting (Since I already have I C E). I just don’t know if it has a place in my collection when “Here to slay” already does the set collection with take that mechanics.

Eye of Zamrock seems like a big red flag to me. Just the fact that a game end with a "victory tournament" that DON'T actually detirmine the winner sounds kinda bad. And as you say, lacking a lot of information.
