    Well presented and skill.👌
I ve 2007 D40 VSK engine I rebuilt the engine from scratch as per your guide and all seems well and good except that at times when I restart the engine it sometimes drives with super quite smooth idling and at times little bit rougher but not easily noticeable by someone who haven't driven it for long to understand the difference engine sounds. Secondly ,it also sound smoother than normal when diesel is almost finished when below quarter tank gauge level. What will be the cause of these?
Lastly, when rebuilding the engine I rebored the block and replaced the cylinders with the max size "40 thousand size" I sometimes feel like the standard turbo is now smaller for the power it now has as the booster solenoid keeps failing to boost although the engine still remain powerful enough to climb hills even without turbo boosting. What other turbo type and size can I use to upgrade it?
