I actually like how her hair has become curlier in season 2 and how she has started to dress differently because it shows that she no longer straightens her hair and tries to fit in with the emperor coven's rigid role for her. She is now a happy lil history nerd and I love that for her

I like to think the way she was in season 1 was basically a facade, like she was trying really hard to be feared and respected. After realizing belos wouldn't heal Eda, she couldn't keep it up anymore.
And I'd like to think that Lilith is just an ugly, annoying, whiny character who just wants approval from others no matter what and is too dumb to know what is right or wrong.
The emperor's coven was also suppressing it's members, like the girl that quit in the episode with grey and went back to the tiny cat coven and obviously, hunter.

Imagine how much more brutal it would've been if Belos actually did heal Eda only to then send her to be petrified bc she is a wild witch and refuses to join a coven.

Ever since Lilith changed, I can barely remember her old self, all I see is this cute nerd always excited to see new things
Definitely a significant change between season 1 Lilith and season 2 Lilith. Season 1, she's an antagonist with issues. Season 2, she's an ally with some of her issues resolved, but still with issues. I personally like how she and hooty became close friends.
I personally despise her and want her dead. I will never understand how you people continue to like her like she is some kind of goddess. She needs to atone for her selfishness, even if I have to kill her.
I feel Hooty and his constant influence helped her break out of her shell of isolation. Her most S1 Lilith move was trying to do something by herself to prove she was still powerful until Hooty helped. It took a relentlessly supportive and generous goofball like Hooty to help her realize she can actually be herself again.

I just realised that Liliths character arc is quite similar to Amitys. In Season 1 they both seem to be mean/cold hearted. But the more we get to know them we realise that this is just a facade and they are just nerds trying to fit in with the "cool kids". Amity already starts to loose her facade in Season 1 when we find out about her love for Azura and when she makes up with Willow. And Lilith loosens up and shows her real nerdy self in season 2. And i love the fact that this gives her a way to connect with Luz too. I just love these three nerds. Amity and Luz with their Azura obssesion and Lilith with her history obsession and weird friendship with Hooty.
No wonder Amity and Lilith's hug in the epilogue of Watching and Dreaming.

I still adore how far she's come. I always enjoy looking back at Character growth, especially in TOH.
Some arcs are subtle, like Eda saying motherly love makes her sick to obviously tearing up at King becoming her adopted son. King begging Luz to stay in the witch realm, only to send her home with his Titan roar. Luz being afraid to tell her mom the truth, only to do so to save Vee.
But I love the obvious ones. Like the ones that punch you in the face. Like Amity clearly improving the second the gay panic arrived. Hunter becoming depres-

Within a season she went from the Emperors coven head, praised by the Isles like a celebrity, with all the power in the world, to a dorky cool aunt with an incredible fashion sense, a hilarious sense of humor, a love for herself she had lost 30 years prior, her old glasses and curled hair returned, and she's opening up to those around her and forgiving herself.
I made all of my favorite Disney characters being reincarnated in a new life and there Lilith finally accepts Eda's true dream of being the most powerful witch of the boiling islands showing us that she's not as bad and selfish as someone continue to see her like you
I loved the scenes with her in For the future. She was legit upset when Hooty got turned into a toy and I like her new hair.
She went from a backstabbing villain to a loving nerd aunt

we need both of those types of villains
some of them want to be evil while some of them are misguided or traumatised and has a chance to become better: That is how life works and how it is
We see bad people who don't care people die and only want their desires like Belos, Kikimora and Odalia
but we also seen more who werent villains but antagonists like Hunter, Lillith and Collector
Not every villain should be redeemed but not every villain should be killed with cold blood
I wished we got a full season 3 to see more Lilith, I love that Eda cuts her hair.
I went from hating her with a passion to loving every second of her. ^^

SHE WAS MY FAVE CHARACTER IN THE FIRST SEASON BUT SHE WAS AN ANTAGONIST TECHNICALLY AND I WAS LIKE "SHE CAN BE FIXED I PROMISE NOO" AND THEN SHE BECAME A PROTAGANIST AAAAAA
Lilith has always been a dork. She just hides it while in the Coven so she could seem competent, but it definitely leaks out when she's with Eda lol.

I'm my opinion, Lilith was never evil, she just had a wrong vision about Belos, and she only did those bad thing in season 1 because she thought that Belos was gonna heal Eda's curse and that they would be in the Emperor's coven together, thought that not an excuse for her to curse Eda, even if it she didn't know it wasn't gonna be for a day, because cursing your sister isn't a sacrifice. But once she discovered the Emperor's true intentions she start growing into this cute history nerd.
@@matilderosado5309 And a note: Lillith was still a child when she cursed her: Children can do awful things that they can regret later and lets remember Lillith was her familys lesser child in her eyes so I guess it didn't help when she was afraid to be in her sisters shadow again

IDK what to say I just find that random frame to be oddly funny.
I had love her since the first day i saw her (in 2020, when Agony of a Witch aired) because i always love to call villains my baby girls.

The way I was about ready to drop kick her ass anytime I saw her, and then like after the season finale and season 2 began she became like my 2nd favorite character and if any one hurts her im actually gonna punt them into the moon

She sure has changed a lot. I almost hated her current self but after seeing what she did in the season 1 finale to how she was in season 2, Lilith has changed back to her old caring self she was once before cursing Eda.
