Great stuff. Besides playing along with your tracks I like to put them on when I work. So just so I'm clear that B7#5 is the same chord as a B7b13.....right?
That's right 760piper! I used a simplified form to make it better understood by everyone (at least I hope...)
@@DixMusicStudio I call this one "Cocktails in Capri". Great track. That 5 note piano motif is just sublime!!! The quacking guitar is perfect. The strings laying down a lush base for everything else to play off of. And that bass....well rock solid. Love your tracks!!!!

That is not dorian, is Bm, modal songs do not have dominants, and the "second grade" should be F#m too, no half diminished, but the backingtrack is really well, good job!

Can i use both A minor scale and A manor pentatonic sacele or can you recommend any other? just fell in love with this track. one love from South Africa.
Have you also tried the pentatonic of E minor Ernest?
@@DixMusicStudio Yes Sir, actually i wanted to say E minor pentatonic it goes very well especially with the licks playing around 10 to 17th fret. sounds so perfect. Just find difficult to mix other scales, diatonic, natural, dorian etc.

Very nice track, but: the space after a slash mark (or under it) is reserved for the bass note of a chord., i.e. B7/#9 should be written as B7#9

Isnt this Bm instead of Em?
it could be, even if the Bm I never play it in the song(only one time), but there is a B +, except the part B where it actually goes in another tonality with the F# 7/#9 (V degree). Let me know which scales sound best to you!
@@DixMusicStudio I didnt see the title because autoplay was on. So i just started playing along and the Bm pentatonic worked perfect over it. I'm not a music theory guy but to my humble ears Bm fitted better than Em. Anyway, thanks for this amazing backing track, its wonderfull
