Fit loosing your parents is the BIGGEST most traumatic event In one’s life. I had a best friend who’s mum died, the brother tired to take his own life 3 times, dad become an alcoholic.. another friend same thing was a clinical anorexic it’s VERY SERIOUS!! Do not brush it under the rug.

But seeing him gloss over the whole death of his parents to think there was another reason for his weight gain” must be a break up with a girl 🫠” was SUPER shocking to see. I found it quite childish. Probably a huge lack of life experience in that area too. Loosing parents can break someone emotionally even in adults. It a huge life event. I’ve seen people go through it who are close to me. It’s massive. The guy needs actual professional support. Even him not having friends could subconsciously be down to the fear of loosing them. It’s incredibly deep & needs professional focus. Love fit, but was out of his depth on this one. I really hope the guy gets the help he needs, he’s whole life will turn around and he deserves that.

90% serotonin is in the gut so wen you're not eating healthy it automatically creates a negative emotion and goes to the brain. It's very important to eat good to have a rational and stable mind

there was a time when i kept wondering why some people seemed to naturally draw others in while i was just…there. no matter what i tried, i couldn’t figure out how they did it. then someone mentioned the book Magnetic Aura by Takeshi Mizuki, and i decided to check it out. the way it explains how your aura affects everything around you? it blew me away. it’s like having a secret code to unlock your magnetic energy. this book is a game-changer.
I lost my Father due to his health when he was 500lbs and before he died he always told me "Son please do not ever get like me and stay In shape" seeing him on that death bed may have been one of the most painful things Ive seen but it hurt me more seeing him alive living like that. Fellas its not just about doing it for the ladies but also your mental well being and your god given body also you want children to look up to you. If you dont do it for yourself atleast do it for the children to protect and lead your loved ones and set an example.
The Fasting Fatman lost his weight for a similar reason. He got stuck trying to get to his 1 year old son, and realized that there would be a time he would be too big to get into places and his son might get hurt. He ended fasting for 150 days straight, and then did another fast. Lost over 350lbs or so, got into the 200's.... Then went MIA, but he still worked hard to get it off. Nothing is more powerful than change for someone you love. Many of these 0bese people have massive trauma and have no one to actually lose the weight for. Mathew being told his wife might be going to see other guys was a huge wakeup call.
Praying for this man, if you’re reading this there’s still hope but it must start today, you can change your life around by making a decision, the things you’ve been through are extremely difficult but you got to use it as motivation to loose that weight work hard in the gym and then provide for your beautiful wife who’s still sticking by your through all this 🙏🏼

The more u do for yourself the better u start to feel and get more motivated. I know a guy who was in your position. He lost over 200 pounds and he got surgery for the excess skin and he looks great. I can relate to this man’s struggles to a much lesser extent. When you’re constantly in your head you develop anxiety and start avoiding people and places. The way out of this for me was getting a job where I am forced to interact with people everyday. It was very uncomfortable for the first few months. However, it cured me of my social anxiety by just being around others. If you’re reading this you’re not alone in this battle. We are all capable of overcoming and living to our full God given potential.

I am 35yo, 347ib, 6ft2in tall. Use to be 380ib, but I lost some weight last year with low effort. No i am hitting the gum hard. Looking at this guy, I see where I came from and I dont want to go back. I now walk 3mil during my lunch break. I lift weight 3-6x each week, diet is 1300-1800cal, and my food is mostly carnivor.
I was thinking that too. Like you need to be strong and agile. But he could probably just bounce and roll his way to people then squash them if they misbehave.
