I live in the Tulsa (Claremore is a suburb of Tulsa). I've seen that guy before at Wal-Mart. He was huge. I'm so happy for him that he turned his life around. If he can go from 900 down below 300, no-one else has an excuse to not get healthy.
Your not kidding....the key is is he kept him self walking evidently. Some people if it's hard they just don't do it. They just use those 2 words I hate as an easy out...."I CAN'T" instead of having a mindset of I CAN
WOW! I've been waiting for years to get an update on JT! I am happy he got the surgery. JT's journey motivated me. Good luck, JT, and thank you for the update.
It doesn't sound like all that much, but I found a free weight on the side of the road and grabbed it and it's 57 pounds and I can barely lift it xD imagining almost two and a half of those weights strapped to my leg for 15 years is scary
Dr. Now also added that about 20 pounds of fluid leaked out. Dr. Now said the mass weighed 60 pounds. So he lost about 80 pounds from his leg (or so). That is unbelievable. I would love to see a follow up on him. He is an incredible success story.
People can get exhausted with even the lightest amount of physical activity when they're lugging all that fat around, which is why those who are heavy tend to sit around more The best way to lose it is to STARVE IT OFF by eating VERY LITTLE Plus, drinking a lot of water also helps, DRINK MORE than you eat
I cannot imagine the pain that young man has experienced. I have lymphodema in my hand following surgery. Sometimes, I cry out with pain when I accidentally catch my hand. How he managed to walk with it amazes me. Hopefully, he will succeed in his desire to travel.
The place where you carry the most weight is the last place you lose weight. So when someone is losing weight you will see a difference in their face, arms, hands, and neck first.
YeH that’s why they have to demonstrate their commitment by losing a certain amount prior to surgery. All the surgery and medicine in the world won’t help people who are not ready to help themselves
