People can get exhausted with even the lightest amount of physical activity when they're lugging all that fat around, which is why those who are heavy tend to sit around more
The best way to lose it is to STARVE IT OFF by eating VERY LITTLE
Plus, drinking a lot of water also helps, DRINK MORE than you eat

It’s so nice seeing a success story here. I’m so used to the people just giving up as soon as they walk out of the doctors office.
I hope this man is doing well, and gets to live his dream one day.

I had weight loss surgery and loss 150 pounds. I was only 302 pounds and went down to 155! I know it isn’t as much as you loss but the extra weight wore me down and doing everyday things like bending down to tie my shoes was impossible! I’m very happy you stayed with your goal and accomplished it! 👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻

It was great to see someone in this situation so determined to succeed it must be so hard when every movement is such an effort. It was also good to see his pretty lady reducing her weight at the same time. She could see herself going down the same road and did something about it before it got worse.

Wonderful to see this! Dr Now is my hero. What a great job JT did so far, lost so much weight, wow! I think depression is at the core of all weight gain. How to fix depression? Sunlight on bare skin for an hour daily helps a great deal, so does exercise, sleep, and the right foods. That is the key to life.

Pma is such an important part of recovery. This guy had it in spades. As a nurse we see it all the time. The patient that wakes up and says I want to get moving does so much better than the one you have to put a rocket up to get out of bed. Well done to this guy, it’s no small feat what he did

Dr. Now gave up on a LOT of people! Every one who had refused to follow his advice and had basically given up on themselves. They expected him to work a miracle without any effort on their part.

@@pricklypear7516 Oh yeah. You have to give up when you're dealing with an addict that doesn't WANT to change their life...or they'll drag you down with them.
I love these stories when the person is ready and follows the program!
It's so sad when Dr. Now cares more about the person's health then they do. Patients ending themselves slowly with food.

Iam always happy when I hear people on their weight loss journey I too myself have been on a weight loss journey for a yr and a half after being severely sick from mold that caused me to overeat and be very depressed with chronic stress with all the health issues I now have my starting weight was 300 at 5’2 iam now down to 204 with another 40 pounds to lose I started taking accountability for my actions and motivated myself to walk 5 miles a day slow progress is better than none to lose the weight food was my addiction and I used it as my coping mechanism dealing with depression and stress
