Wow. I started playing frostpunk just last week and I used your guide to help get through day 5 on refugees extreme. I eventually managed to beat it and get equality, but it was a bit closer to failure than yours. I remember being a little sad last upload was so long ago cause you play this game really well. Then all of a sudden you upload the first new run in a year??? What a crazy coincidence! Anyway welcome back!
thats cool , yeah the refugees are the hardest , any second someone could die for lack of treatment or hunger , i was working a lot and didnt get a chance to uploade any thing new, glad you like it and thanx
First Day Setup: 1. Emergency Shift 2. Max workers at wood crates 3. 4 workers at wood crates 4. 1 worker and 8 engineers at steel 5. Dismantling streets to 12 woods 6. Workshop ASAP 7. Transfer 5 engineers to construct and fill Workshop 8. Research "Beacon" 9. Build Gathering post ASAP next wood crates 10. Remove Workers and engineers from steel and wood 11. Aprove "I will provide some shelter" 12. Build Medical Post 13. Turn the generator on 14. Fill with workers and put Gathering post in emergency shift 15. Put the 3 last engineers at Medical Post 14. Provide 2 tents 15. Put Generator in Overdrive and that is the first 3 minutes of a 1 hour and 42 minutes long video 😭
On this scenario with no child labour and no death, it is the only possible way to get through, otherwise people will die from starvation or illness, i have tried many times, it is the only way
@@Luci151085 it is a challenge and in the same time you have little time to do much research as possible, so helping engineers is almost always my goal, i believe it gives 20 % boost
I didn't even know about the cannery since it didn't spawn, so came looking around in the internet because my dudes were either starving, or I had to put all of my workers into hunter's huts
While I appreciate it as a fascinating core game element, the Hope and Discontent meters REALLY get stupid in Frostpunk. The world is literally dying around you, you can see that. Stop whining and work. It doesn't matter how hard you have it, it's better than dead.
I played this scenario on the first time and flat out failed, then on the second try I channeled the asian slave master on the movie Eric the Viking and i was like "guess what season it is? Its the summer of discontent! All you whiners go back to work! Your complaints are music to my ears"
Well this scenario is the hardest one (with no death), but my advice is that you need the caning workshop at the beginning , so if you didn't get it, restart the game because it is a key factor to stabilise your start, otherwise you have high chance of getting death of hunger
@@maxgaming-up6rl Wow I did not know that. I thought you have to lose a person when using emergencies on buildings. Usually when i played a deathless game I never used it, apart the scrambled resources. Good to know now! Cheers!
@@maxgaming-up6rl What if you use 24 hour shifts constantly on the piles, before you use it on workshop? You can use it on piles as much as you like with no deaths. But then does using on piles count as the first use of 24 hour shift already? Or does that only apply when it is used on a building the first time no matter how many times you used it on piles?
@@maxgaming-up6rl so using on piles counts as 1 use? I played on hard and used 24 hour shifts constantly on PILES as soon as I got it till it went to -30. No deaths caused by using it only on piles.
I played Frostpunk this last few weeks finishing the Main story with only four or five casualties then side stories, I managed to pull off The Seedling Arks without deaths and helping New Manchester giving them resources they need its hard, but I couldn't pull off The Refugees Scenario any tips man? Bro Need help.
The refugees is the hardest one in my opinion, no place for mistakes, if you are playing it first time try on easy first until you memorise the events , once you get to the extreme ( with no child labor) difficulty you need to find the cannery in order to pull it off

You have to be extremely lucky to get the canning factory or the whole run is dead.

@@maxgaming-up6rl What is the downside of child labor? Is it just for the challenge or do you prefer child medics/scientists?

this kills me cus im achievement hunter, if i can't complete this scenario in hard can't do this in survival mode :(

Good to see you Play frostpunk
Thank you
When i tried this my people began eating raw food before the 3rd day.
In This scenario you don't have 3 days, only max 36 hours before people start eating raw food, so kitchen must be done before the end of day 2
so is it better to build hubs instead of generator range?
I am not a fan of hubs , but on the refugees if you don't want to use the children work, there is no other way
Is it possible to go with no child labour on survival mode? I have tried it but failed all the time.
very hard , but possible , you have carefully plane the worker in first days

A few too many butt clench moments for my taste I'd say. Nevertheless well done sir. Bravo!
sorry to tell you this, but this one on extreme need a be perfect to pull it off, once you pushed day 6 witout death it is almost in your pocket
Nice 👍
sir why you put worker in cookhouse while no rawfood ?
It doesn't make a difference on this scenario, half would be sick anyway
Are you going to play IXION when it comes out cause it is inspired by frostpunk.
I saw a video about it, i am not yet sure how i feel about the game, but i will give it a try
