Really nice house! My parents currently own a property in Costa Rica which they are selling because they are getting old to maintain the land😂
If anyone is interested, it’s an amazing property in Siquirres, 800 meters from the National Route 32 with water, electricity and Internet access with 26 Hectares and small natural Spring Water inside the property.

One draw back with a big house in this area is lots of maintenance.
Thank you! And there is a lot of maintenance here. We have a gardener come 4 times a week and someone to clean our house 3 times a week. With outdoor- indoor living things are very easy to get dirty!

@@zoewilliamson_costarica no currently in San Jose, you can't imagine how beautiful CR is, Nosara is just a piece of it, but the volcanoes are awesome in San Carlos, La Fortuna. The Waterfalls are amazing, Rafting, Canopy...many many things to enjoy

I know you filmed this some time ago, however this home is amazing. Costa Rica has some beautiful properties but they don't have ac usually or only in the bedrooms. What rooms do you have ac and has it affected your comfort not having ac? Also would love to see the renovations that were made to the house.

You can make tamarindo fresco which is so tasty, specially in hot weather, you can even make jam of it

Congrats beautiful house, just remember that in CR there are many bugs, spiders even snakes so take care of that get used to it and you have to learn to live with that.

From the beginning you have to realize is a Country in the Tropical. Bugs, spiders and snakes are part of the 500,000 + species of animals we co-exists specially in Costa Rica most of the Ticos care about Mother Earth.

Love your videos. Our family is planning on doing the same thing and I was wondering how big the land is that you purchased and what the asking price was and what the sale price was( if you don't mind disclosing that is) I'm just trying to get a feel of house prices down there.

The house looks great, but could you share why you sold everything and moved to Costa Rica? Is there something that I should know or ....? I've heard a lot of Govt agents moving to South America once they found something out.

I also am a Real Estate investor and own rental properties, plus my wife works for Orchard Realty with A leads. We are looking into moving to Costa Rica due to the long life expectancy cause of the food. It's one of the 5 Blue countries. Also, some agents did move South due to their knowledge about the future. 👍🏾

In my opinion, moving to Costa Rica if you have the option and the financial means to do so would not be a hard decision for me, but I can see why it would be for other people.
It take true surrender to do so! I knew instantly in my gut this was the right decision for me; therefore there wasn't a lot of internal turmoil. I'm so grateful I said yes!

Every time I search my own country on RUclips I get a bunch of hippies on vegan festivals and weird stuff, or rich people flexing their vacations or luxury houses...
@danielqv In my case, every time I search RUclips, I see people from abroad who appreciate and value our country, interested in healthy eating, ecology, clean air and the benefits of caring for nature, with peace, without wars or armies. In addition to the conservation of fauna, flora and the natural value of biological, natural and forest reserves. Also wealthy people who instead of living in the big cities of the first world, love and prefer to invest in Costa Rica to reactivate the real estate economy as expatriates, or through ecotourism and adventure tourism, they give work to our compatriots, generate income and they move, the commerce and industry of the country.
