Loving the podcast. I also feel that parents contribute by inculcating values that drive the child’s actions. Eg. As mentioned in the talk, the ability to make mistakes would come from the space where love for learning has been inculcated. 19:00
The early childhood education is rapidly moving toward experiential learning. However, when it comes to higher education we are still stuck in the rote learning phase. So the point is we are getting there but the speed is slow. I am highly optimistic about how things are moving in Indian education system. The NEP 2020 is a transforming step hope schools gear up and start their transition soon and apply the NEP 2020
Bharath is not working of the research and development making the new graduates hunt for mnc jobs developing other countries... being said that the level of knowledge you get is different to what you do in company ... where u r not using your full potential...

Yes. NEP Implentation is slow but it will emerge. Needs to become a culture in higher education rather than just a policy.
