these questions are lot more easier i solved them with ease under 1 min for all except first one which i got in 2 min but still im feeling shaky and some of my classmates who appeared in nov 2024 end up saying the actual test is lot more harder than bluebook practice ones they all got more than 1520+ on test 6 but they all got only 1300-1440 on actual sat test day
Am from Nigeria taking my first exam on december.the tension is there.Am just looking forward to the transition questions it's quite complicated a bit at times
I think it is because -9 is the next odd number that is LESS than -8. The end inequality was x is less than or equal to -8. A negative number is greater as it becomes closer to zero. Hence, the answer could not be -7 because x would be greater than -8 and that contradicts the end inequality. Hope this helps :)
In the 3rd prediction I interpreted it like a financial math question, wrote it as X(1+400%)=60, since when an increase would be (1+ the percentage). It worked out fine but I’m wondering if it was the right train of thought or if I was just lucky in this one, can you let me know please?
It's a form of series So the first odd number is 1 followed by 3 5 7 they have a common difference of 2 so yeah x x+2 x+4 and so forth so they all must have a common difference of 2
Just put f(x)=Mx+c and solve for y=Mx+c/x+3 using the coordinates given above and finally you will get the values for M and c and replace it in the equation for f(x) and to find y intercept just put x=0 for f(x).I hope you get this.....
@ Yes for some tests, no for others. I have taken all 6 Bluebook practice tests and 4 total SATs. Overall the bluebook tests feel easier but it could be that you take them in the comfort of your own home. I scored a range between 1350-1510 on the practice tests and got a 1450 on the real thing (Nov). So I think it’s just a matter of what questions you get on the real tests and if they suit your strengths. I took the October SAT as well and scored a 1360. Basically, what I am saying is that each test is so different and you might need to take it a few times to get “lucky” in terms of your strengths. Once you reach the 700+ on either section, however, you want to start really diving into the tougher question types and how to understand the more difficult concepts. That part is not luck for sure haha.

Yaayy.... I needed this video
why did -8 become -9? i get that -8 is not an odd number, but why -9?
I think it is because -9 is the next odd number that is LESS than -8. The end inequality was x is less than or equal to -8. A negative number is greater as it becomes closer to zero. Hence, the answer could not be -7 because x would be greater than -8 and that contradicts the end inequality. Hope this helps :)
@@Anonymous-fe9fv it does, thanks
@@Anonymous-fe9fv why couldn't we do decimals? why couldn't it have been 8.0(infinite 0)1? I'm just curious.
do you have a tutorial on using desmos
can u do part 2 we need it

But odd numbers are 3,5,7,but you wrote x ,x+2 ,x+4 and all of those are with even numbers. Can someone explain?
It's a form of series
So the first odd number is 1 followed by 3 5 7 they have a common difference of 2 so yeah
x x+2 x+4 and so forth so they all must have a common difference of 2
When u increase 1 at a time, its adding by +1.
Since we are skipping the evens, its adding +2
Tips on the reading and writing please
I wil take my first sat exam on December 7, hoping to get 1400+ and i have a doubt that can we use desmos calculator during exam
the last question should have an answer of 62.5 not 62
@@thoyboi419 I’ll have to check that again .. thanks !
for the first question, are you sure that the answer is -9 not -7??
-7 isnt smaller than -8(which we found as x, approximately), its actually bigger. thats why the answer is -9
-7 is bigger than -8
i got a 1240 on the October sat, hoping for a 1340+ on the December one
12:14 cab we use desmos jn this problem if they didn’t cancel out but how we use desmos?
Example
3x=12
-3x+y=-6 (you just put them as they wrote and you will get (x,y))
Answer =(4,6)
If they ask for x write 4 and if they ask for y write 6
anyone have tips for inference questions
Hi Laura Thanks alot.
How can we solve prediction 5 without using desmos ???
Why would you want to?! 🥵
Just put f(x)=Mx+c and solve for y=Mx+c/x+3 using the coordinates given above and finally you will get the values for M and c and replace it in the equation for f(x) and to find y intercept just put x=0 for f(x).I hope you get this.....
